I ordered 9 trophies and it came in 2 days with free shipping which is an excellent delivery schedule.
The trophies look good and it is in bright colors but it is all light plastic. If you order bigger size trophies it will look better.

I received my trophy damaged. The marble base was cracked and then glued back together and the engraved plaque was then placed on the base. Looks like this happened at the factory, since the plate was not damaged or bent. I did call customer service and the representative handle this problem immediately and is shipping me a new base with a plaque at no charge and should be here on Monday next week. The customer service representative apologized and took care of my problem quickly. Luckily
I don't need this until 2 weeks from now. This is the first time that I have experienced any issue with my order and appreciate the quick response to resolve the issue.
