This company are crooks they will steal money from the clients and won't pay their designers either, quick heads up there are 2 payments that's involved with this company which are the service fee that allows access to the "thousands" of designers and then the payment to the artists. Never assure your design with them... this is just another way for them to give you the bottom of the barrel designers and keep your money regardless of the work. LGBTQ businesses don't even bother they have no one to service you trust me I'm speaking from experience.
Very happy w how easy the process was to get help w naming our business. Had a large volume of choices. Creatives were responsive to suggestions to improve names and picked a great business name.
I've used Fiverr a handful of times and had bad luck every single time, paying for designs at different price points. When I really started to get serious about my new business I was nervous to bite the bullet and spend a decent amount of money for a logo. However, after seeing how easily crowdspring lays out the process online, and seeing that I get to work with many designers instead of one, I took the plunge. I could not be happier with my results and ease of process. I now feel confident and very happy with my logo and would recommend to anyone looking for professional quality work and a simple, easy to use design process. Also the contract to own your design is phenomenal and being able to work with so many designers made the whole experience definitely worth the cost.
We used Crowdspring 10 years ago for the visual identity design of our business. We came back as we are establishing a new business, and again were really pleased with the process from start to finish. Now that we have a name for our business, we'll come back for the visuals when we're ready.
This was the second time I used Crowdspring. The first time I found a wonderful design right out of the gate. The second time I was having trouble finding the right designer and logo/artwork. The Crowdspring team listened and understood the problems I was having and worked with me to find a new designer and logo. I finally found one and I'm beyond happy I used them again!
I've used it twice at different times. For non-artists seeking a logo it's great. Many people 'think' they can do artwork, but don't try it at home get a pro applies they have to use your service.

I was impressed with the number of logo options I received and the overall quality (choosing one wasn't easy). I also appreciated the rapid responses when I posed customer service questions (a striking contrast to most companies). The creatives also seemed to be trained to reply quickly, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, a totally satisfying experience.
Contest holders will be very pleased with the quantity and quality of logo options if they keep in contact with the designers and share feedback. It is the best way to ensure you get the perfect logo. These designers work hard and are very accommodating. They appreciate you interacting with them and you will appreciate the results. I'm so pleased I found this service and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great logo. A+ all the way!

I've used Crowdspring several times, within the past couple of months, as I stand up my business. I really like working with crowd spring. At first, I was a little uncomfortable with handling things through email versus being able to chat with someone in the evenings, but I adjusted. :)

Doing a complete rebrand of my consulting firm. I am not a designer, but had ideas about what I wanted to convey. Got many good options to chose from. The designer I went with was very responsive finishing the logo and redoing my business card as well. Very fast turnaround time. Easy to work with.

They do not pay designers for the work done. Please stay away from these frauds and do not waste time and effort to design for them. And if you are a client please know that the money you pay never goes to designers so stop supporting them, there are other platforms that offer the same services and have a better behaviour towards the people who support their business.
