I'm waiting for a payment since march 2023 and I'm writing this on september 2023! When I ask them why I'm not being pay I've received a very rude reply!

Very bad site.first it gets it competition done and when designer win they dont pay them.not at all expected from site like these.

This is a scammer website. They don't pay the designers. I requested my two payments four months ago but still now it's processing. So request to all designers please don't work in crowdsping. Don't waste your time.

Scam. They don't pay the designers and ban them for asking they're after 3 months of waiting I asked for my money but they ban me and close my account because I'm asking about my money process.

Crowdspring is the biggest fraudster website in my experience, I will tell u in a detailed brief.
They hold payments for up to 4–6 months, and then when you ask for your money then they are deleting the account your account by framing you by saying you broke that blah-blah rule,
which you don't ever do.
I have seen a number of creatives complaining about the same issue means they are doing it purposefully fraud.
U can't do anything they and the client have your sign on the contract and also they ask for your signature when u withdraw money for about 10 days no questions ask and u will think it's a matter of 10 days,
But no it will be in the forever process.
Clients have their design,web site have your money and people like us have long-lasting mental trauma, hate, intolerable emerancy situations facing because of this issues, and threatening emails like continuing to ask for payment can fine on your payment which they holding yet.
Website's total goal is to hold your payment as long as they can hold and fine against u if ask a question.
First payment holds 30 working days (actually it's more than 40–45 days),after that your very payment hold for 1–2–3–4–5–6 months as your payment increases. When u have around 5–6 payments pending they will delete your account by saying ur communication was unprofessional,
They will send u a random screenshot of copyright rules and u will get a surprise mail your account is deleted and it means u no longer able to create a new account which is not a part of the issues and u never did it's just for blaming you.
All my 4–5 payments are still pending after the first 3 delayed payments. Which are more than 2000 USD. Total processing time is about to 5 months(3+ months for erlier3 payments) and is still in processing.

I would suggest not working with Crowdspring. My experience was a poor one and similar to other reviews I've ready online. Crowdspring withheld payment from me.

The BBB Complaints regarding CrowdSpring go unanswered by the company.
I paid Crrowdspring $299.00 for a t-shirt design that they advertised and promised to provide dozens of unique designs within 7 days and which they further promised a 100% refund if not fully satisfied with the designs. Three and four days later, after having received only one design, I contacted Crowdspring regarding my disappointment with the design and the fact that my 7 days was almost up and still had only 1 design that was not at all consistent with what I requested and very amateurish.
I requested a full refund multiple times prior to the 7 days being up and after subsequent amateurish designs that were not consistent with my brief. I received an email response from Ashlee confirming receipt of my written requests for a refund and stating "I will forward your request to our refund team. Refunds take around 3 weeks to complete."
It has now been over 30 days and not only have I still not received the refund, but no one from Crowdspring has responded to my follow up email regarding having not received the respond.

We bought their platinum package and decided to cancel the contest because of bad quality of entries. They said they refund 100% but till now I dont have the money back. Dont' trust this company Crowd spring are they are just full of empty words and don't honor their commitment. Please do not use their service.

STAY away CREATIVES... you will lose your Creative Account, Time, Money, and more... a scam... legal action must happen

They will give you a bogus reason when you want to withdraw your money, and basically, your account will be lost.

I want to take legal action on this freelancing site. Where should I go to file a case against them - Is there any international court where I file my case.

I've all the info on how they cheated with the Clients & Creatives.

As a Crowdspring.com designer I've had a lot of delays in getting paid before. But I received all my payments as promised, thank you.

They promised me 100 entries for my naming project in French. Then said there was many french speaking creatives but not I all. Only a handful. And then I received entries (only 30 and not 100) with no sense.

Avoid working with CrowdSpring because they don't pay designers for the work they do. It is a scam and all designers know it so you're not going to get quality designs. More than 6 months waiting for my money and I am sure that I will never have it.

In 2019, Crowdspring design process produced a media logo that has been huge success and important to my brand. The iterative email communication worked well. The number of competing designers was impressive. I will use again.

I sponsored a design contest for a simple logo and got a few dozen entries as promised. Nothing spectacular, but you get what you pay for. As the contest wrapped up, several of the designs I liked -- ones I might have actually picked -- ended up being "withdrawn" for various reasons.

We asked for a refund. Weeks went by and nothing happened. Finally had to file a charge-back with our credit card company.

They just don't refund! They write me to wait for 2-3 weeks and 6 weeks has left, no one answering emails! I have started the investigation with my bank to return the money back! Don't use this site, they even have not good designers (I chose maximal package 1499$)

Great experience - from concept to site design to excellent Creatives for a great value. My only recommendation is to allow Clients to privately save/tag 'favorites' in addition to current star ratings - this would be much better for narrowing down top design choices (as there are several 4- and 5-star designs to sift through).

This is my first experience with Crowdspring, having being referred by a friend. It has been exactly what I need - a first time author wanting to find a book cover design that was eye-catching and would be "the most important page in my book". The creatives were on to my brief immediately, giving me design idea after design idea. The process allowed for maximum input from me with each of them, a tweak here a tweak there, until we arrived at the perfect design. What a brilliant platform! And the crew at crowdspring were always just a note, an email away from guiding me through the project. I almost can't wait for my next book to be ready for me to start another fun project with Crowdspring.
