Since we need your product A.S.A.P., we ordered it 3 days shipping at the end of Feb. Then, I received it on this week. More than 10 business days!

If you take longer days to get order ready, you must not promise express shipping service.
Although I asked refund of 3 days express shipping, I still haven't got it.

Some purchasing software only accept item#s to generate PO.
The reason why I used my credit card to order your product is above reason.
Our software doesn't accept items without item#; therefore, purchasing department refused to place the order to you.
