Very user friendly, cost competitive. The banner has damage that appears to have happened during shipping. I have e-mailed infomation about the problem, talked to your employees and e-mailed pictures again. I am still waiting for direction on what to do with the banner and how to get a replacement. Very unsatisfactory results on customer concerns.
