Site says 10 to 15 days by singpost noe creation replied "roughly 3 to 4 weeks" rubbish service. Ask any question reply will be the same "roughly 3 to 4 weeks, i asked about 10 to 15 days delivery they are promising by their site n y after 8 tracking number says that ithem is not physically received. Creations answer is same" roughly 3 to 4 weeks... "
Watches have been sent by SingPost Shipping usually take around 3 to 4 weeks to deliver the watches.
Update.
After paying the £40 shipping tax to DHL the watch i purchased for my sons birthday has now been lost.
DHL wont refund they say i have to claim it back from creation watches.
Email creation watches daily and same reply; we are in touch with DHL.
I am really at the end of my tether. No watch and £182 out of pocket!
All countries levy import duties which the customer has to bear.

For your next order you can choose Registered Airmail shipping since there is less chance of customs taxes with this shipping method.

As a returning customer i'm shocked with this bad service.
I had a wrist band that leaves marks. Creationwatches just tell to go to your local service point but seiko told me they are not a dealer and the warranty doesnt count.
The official Service Center needs to honor the warranty since the
Warranty is by Seiko.
I ordered a watch and paid by Paypal. After two weeks, no sign of any parcel. I contacted customer service and was told that the item was posted and given a tracking number. On checking Singpost tracking the item left the day I enquired about it. I had to wait a further three weeks for delivery. This is now not the same company I have dealt with in the past.
We always try give best service to our customers and make happy them but we regret for inconvenience caused to you, will take care in future purchase and deliver within time period.

I bought a seiko5 automatic watch after paying through PayPal. Choose DHL as my courier. Instead of 3to4 days delivery its almost 20 days. I got email from DHL stating that I have to upload KYC statements and have give self declaration that the single piece of watch is not for business purposes. What the heck? After some days another email to contact DHL. Called them only to know that I have been imposed 38% customs tax overall, and 14.58% gst. I must be ready to pay the amount when the courier person visits me.
With all the total amount I get the watch here in India which gives complete warranty with a reasonable returns policy. No customs harrasment and courier adamant attitude.

They cancel my order PLACED THREW THEIR WEB SITE after I WAS CHARGED IN MY CREDIT CARD, THEY ASK ME TO A PROOF OF IDENTITY THEY CLAIMED ITS FOR MY PROTECTION... SO I send them my medicare card to prove my identity which seems that was not good enought I did not want to send them a copy of my driver licence or passport since I was afraid of theft identity since they already had my credit card information I live in Canada,
