Very happy indeed. The watch was the best price I could find and the service from Creation Watches was outstanding. I ordered the watch online, and it was on my doorstep in the UK within less than 3 days. Item was well packaged and I cant fault it. I particularly liked the online tracking so I could follow the watches progress as it made its journey to my house from Singapore through Germany and into the UK.
Will definitely use Creation Watches again.

This time I did purchace a SKX781 (OM), and ones again a superb order handling! Fast response from order to "shipment pick up". Then a very fast transport to my adress, no holding time in customs. Very smooth shipping with DHL Express. After arrival I did spend a smaller amount at the local jeweler to adjust the bracelet (I don't touch the pin & collar type myself). So I now carry my new "monster" and is very happy with the purhase and will most probably come back with more orders! The day after I received my watch my colleague did put an order to you and today I have convinced also another colleague!

It was nice to deal with them the watch arrived in 5 days (i'm french). The watch was brand new original of course i didn't have any problem with the duty they made the necessary. Great to deal with them.

I ordered my Seiko SKX007 on Monday and it arrived by courier on Friday... considering I live in the UK this was amazing. The watch is exactly as described and the communication was excellent with regular updates as well as being able to track the delivery. Superb service, so good that I ordered a new Orient watch for my wife.

I had a small problem with DHL not being able to deliver to my preferred address but that was quickly sorted out.
Creationwatches.com gave me excellent service, great pricing and fast shipping.

They do deliver your purchase quickly, but after that you are done. My watch had a manufacturer's defect in the movement. I had to pay ($50.00 USD) to ship it back to China and pay to have them fix the watch ($20.00 USD) and pay to have them ship it back within 8 weeks ($16.00 USD) and it was still under their "warranty". I get the watch back and it still has the same problem. Their solution is to send me a new movement and I can have someone in the states install (another $50.00 USD). I have been waiting 12 weeks for this movement and all they can tell me is that I have to wait. Chalk this up to lesson learned, I have now spent more on this watch that I would have if I had just bought it in the USA with a standard manufacture's warranty. These people have NO concept of customer service.

Well I was looking for a good quality watch, Japan made and needed a lower price, I found creation watches previously to be a great helpful company, I had my lovely seiko at a 40% discount on uk delivered within 4 days and full tracking sent to me as soon as I paid, I would highly recommend this company for fast efficient service with a good quality product, I will be buying from them again as I collect seiko watches.
I was recommended by others to use creationwatches. I have now used them two times and I understand why they are recommended. The watches I purchased was delivered within 3 days! They also have good prices and free delivery (to Norway in my case). Will use them for my next purchases also, highly recommended!
