I stumbled across this recipe during strawberry season and had everything on hand so I HAD to try it (It looked fantastic). EVERYONE AGREED it was AWESOME! Beautiful, light and fluffy and Delicious is an understatement! ABSOLUTELY A KEEPER! I did add one thing as I wanted a little extra strawberry flavor so I used a VERY thin layer of my homemade strawberry jam before the filling. Now I want to try with blueberry as well and then maybe use your Lemon roll recipe with Blueberries! Just got my creative juices flowing with this one! THANK YOU!

Tried a new pie dough today using shortening that turned out horrible! Unable to roll out or pick up to place into pie plate. I chucked the dough into the trash can, made Crazy For Crust's uber Easy Butter Pie Crust. I followed directions using the food processor method. No chilling the dough, just rolled out very easily on my huge Silpat mat. Super easy placement into pie pan, and is now baking a yummy pecan oatmeal pie! Thanks so very much! Your recipe rescued me from disaster!

I tried the Lemon Meringue Pie Recipe and it was most Delicious! This site has clear superior directions that help with the success of your foodtelling why methods work and what to be aware of. This is the first time that my meringue remained stiff and pretty on my pies after years of cooking. The lemon filling was SO TASTY. And the pie was gobbled up by everyone. Aunt Tootsie knew the secrets of cooking! I can't wait to try more if her recipes!

Delighted with Dorothy and her absolutely DELICIOUS recipes! I haven't made anything my family hasn't LOVED! Her BEST chocolate chip cookie recipe is, by far, yielded the most amazing cookies I've ever made... and I've tried A LOT of recipes over the years with six children! I tried her Peanut Butter Banana Bread a couple of weeks ago, too, and my fam flipped! Dorothy is def my 'go to' when I'm looking for something sweet or savory so she's become my 'phone a friend' from my kitchen! She's saved dinner many times during the Q... so grateful I've discovered her! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

Ok, it's true - I'm a blueberry muffin snob and a huge Starbucks addict. So... with that in mind... I absolutely LOVE this blueberry muffin recipe! They are so delicious, moist and have great flavor! I do love adding lemon zest on top of the batter, just before adding the streusel. My favorite go-to breakfast now... these muffins, bacon, and french vanilla coffee. I don't have a pic to post because we finished them off at breakfast this morning :)

I decided to try the 30 minute pasta sauce recently when my husband wanted pasta for diner. I had bottled pasta sauce but I had all the ingredients to make the homemade so decided to do so. The only thing I added extra was some precooked ground beef as my husband loves meat in his sauce This homemade sauce by far tasted like I had cooked it all day! The flavors from the recipe came together beautifully. The sauce tasted SO good that I'll never use bottled sauce again. This recipe is so easy to make why use bottled. Love this recipe as it tastes like I was cooking it all day but didn't - 30 minutes. Can't get any better than that!
