Best Prices, Fantastic selection of product! Simply put, Craftvinyl.com is one of the oldest sellers (with the BEST prices) of craft vinyl supplies out there! With that said, the volume of business they do on the daily leaves NO TIME for hand holding and coddling. If you want great product at great prices and you are a Big Boy or Girl and can place your order (after reading ALL BY YOURSELF) the shipping time frames CLEARLY noted on each page of the website and then sit back like that big boy/girl you say you are and await your packages... this place will be your go-to! If you require hand holding, someone to email you numerous times to ensure you that you indeed did place your order correctly, let you know when it's shipping, remind you to check your mail box because it's delivered... do those of us that love the great deals a favor and go order off Amazon cause this insanely busy SMALL Business quite simply DOES NOT have time for that nonsense! Their time is soooooo much better spent shipping out the thousands of orders to those of us that need our supplies to continue on with our side-hustle in a timely manner.

His rules (and it's his business so he gets to decide how it's run) are CLEARLY STATED on each and every page you order from! There is no "fine print" like what other companies use to try and get out of a promotion. If you read the rule, follow them, and HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE WHEN YOU MESS UP, you'll love this company. All of my orders have shipped within the time frame clearly stated on the website and I've never received an inaccurate or incomplete order. Family>Employees>Customers: those are his priorities, in that order. I respect that.

The people at Craft Vinyl are on point! The rules everyone is complaining about are there because of people thinking they are the only person being sold to. This isn't a small business that has 1 day turn around. He offers us crafters supplies at reasonable prices. Unlike so many other places who charge 4 times what the item is worth. Which means more money in your pocket! All you need to do is follow the rules. Check out his YouTube posts on some of these people who are giving poor ratings to find out the real story of why the customer was fired. Does he hold your hand and make you feel warm and fuzzy? No! But he's your vinyl dealer not your Dad.
I've been ordering here for years. I have never had an issue. The prices are great, the sales are amazing. The owner doesn't put up with special snowflakes and honestly, that's a breath of fresh air. If you know how to read, you'll be just fine.

I don't understand why people can't/don't read the rules of a sales page because every detail is plainly spelled out there. There are no hidden rules or fees, unlike other companies who hide the exact same info on some tucked away FAQ page.
If you ever have a problem, they will gladly fix the issue if it was their fault. If it was an error on your part, if you act like an adult and own up that you made a mistake, they will fix the issue, minus the not hidden cancelation fee that you agreed to when you ordered.
Don't pay attention to the Negative Nancy's who can't read or follow directions. Order ahead and stock up so you can save a ton of money like the rest of us!
If you can read and follow directions this is the best site around. Shipping is faster than advertised. I've order over 20 times and I have never had a problem. I read the shipping rules in order to find out if I should order from the sale pages. Since I was not on any time frame for delivery I went ahead with my purchase. In short order I received my vinyl at a great price! I even had a problem with PayPal and emailed. My problem was resolved. I will order again you can not beat these prices for a quality product. I have ordered multiple times over the past two years. All my orders were delivered well within the stated times. Twice I had to contact consumer service; both times the issue was taken care of quickly and professionally. Seems that people having a problem are the ones that didn't follow the explained rules and think that they should be exempt from following them.
Nick (the owner) has to be one of the funniest people I have ever met. He is the epitome of "that's how I'd be if it was my store". Everyone says they will put their foot down but they always end up bending and giving in. Not Nick. He doesn't have time for stupidity. He gives you all of the Information you need BEFORE ordering. So as long as you can read, you'll be fine.
Great prices and service. If you see negative reviews, those people are a reason for numerous rules. Same type of people, that you make a law that protects a label on a pillow case and explain on a microwave and dryer why you should not put your children in it.

Never had a problem getting my order in the time frame stated. Top quality vinyl with a huge selection of different types to chose from. Contrary to what people think his customer service is some of the best there is. He just doesn't coddle and answer questions that are clearly answered on his website pages.
