Waaaay tooo many commercials! Just when you get involved in a movie they break away for seven, eight, or nine commercials, and it happens every 10 minutes or so. Really irritating!

Crackle freezes so much it's not worth it 2 min of commercials took 10 min of freezing but the movie hasn't froze but it takes so long to get back to the movie i lose intrest its so frustrating by the way my internet is at full speed when this is going on.

I would like the service, but there are way too many commercials. I don't mind sitting through commercials, but crackle is the worst. The commercials are excessive. I won't use crackle again.

Seriously, did Amazon, Netflix, HBO etc. get together with Sony to create a streaming service so bad that people will never again consider watching anything that's free? That's how bad this is, I'll probably pay to rent every movie I ever watch from now on to avoid the risk of using something as bad as Sony Crackle again. It makes my Roku TV crash and there are so many commercials that it's like you're watching movie breaks in between them.

Cant even give it a star as there is zero actual content on it at all - like literally nothing to click on - zero, zilch, no movies, no tv no content - Nada! I don't know whats wrong with their site but its definitely 200% pure $#*!.

This program is 100% terrible and should be completely redesigned. It's $#*!. Don't use this because the stress it will cause isn't worth it so pay the $3 for the other movie on prime then using this $#*!

It's got a ton of playback issues, if I go back to a movie and it start over again, and it's got way too many commercials. And just pausing it makes it go back for some reason!

Frequent ads and the worst streaming ever! If you watch part of a movie and come back to it later, you have to start all over again. Fast forwarding is pointless. SONY, you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this to tarnish your good name. No wonder this is "free", I would never pay for this BS.

You would think a large company like Sony would care about their customers. Instead, you get a great line up of movies, and even if you are willing to put up with their commercials, you find yourself irritated beyond belief by their programming. You can't fast forward a movie, you aren't returned to the place you left off, it crashes your Roku regularly, and even when it plays the commercials half the time you don't even see them because it takes so long to load and cuts into the next commercial.

Here's something to all you Crackle advertisers; Find a company which actually cares about showing your commercials and the viewership. I'm sure you're paying them a lot of money to advertise. Simply put, you are wasting your money with this company.

Crackle has made it painfully clear they don't care about their viewers. They do't care about what they want to watch, how they want to watch, or any problems they have finding, accessing or streaming what they want.

This issue is made apparent by the fact that I have not been able to choose what I want to watch. When I log in, their system almost immediately starts streaming something of their choice, a show I have no say in the streaming of plays behind the menu. When and if I manage to find a show I want to watch, the menu may disappear, but the show they chose does not, and my selection does not start to play. If, for whatever insane reason there might be, I choose to ride out their selection, maybe in the hope of seeing the show I was hoping to see show up next, I am out of luck. Instead the autoplay function, which cannot be disabled at all, starts in another of Crackle's selections. If I leave the service and come back, the "Continue Watching" menu in stocked with shows that Crackle had previously chosen to show me, which I left in the middle of, and none of them can be removed.

Contacting customer support does nothing. All it gets you is a fake apology and someone saying they can't help you, and you aren't allowed to change for yourself what is destroying your experience.

Crackle is garbage. Crackle is worthless, useless, and unwatchable. What's worse is Crackle doesn't care.

That's it. Don't care about too many commercials because it is FREE. But it's unable to watch because the LOUD commercials are too annoying for me. Don't tell me it's my TV either.

There's way too many commercials for this while spanning longer then not actual video you're watching I don't mind one or two commercials but it is I'll respond as you are but these bloody commercials it's extremely horrible it's like every two minutes you got to commercial that last five or six minutes because there's a set of sex at a time they want this many commercial I'll be watching out-of-date TV

An add is fine. Several adds is fine. 8 adds in 15 minutes, and they are all the same add, is torture. Massive keyboard lag on laptop and in PS4 app. Search lag after input is constant.

Autoplay's unwanted content no matter what.

My title says it all. I just started watching it in every 5 seconds I'm getting forced to watch a commercial while I'm just making my way around the menus. That is beyond annoying and unacceptable. I can't even read the movie descriptions because I get a commercial jammed up by but every 10 seconds and then when you go back to the menu it replays the same preview over and over again till I had to mute the television I finally got so frustrated I just left
