I recently purchased a Coyote Hybrid Pizza Oven and finding a "stock cover" is impossible. That said, I did a search for a custom cover and found the Cover Store. I followed the instructions on the website, measured twice and ordered the ultima collection cover. It arrived quickly and to my surprise, fit perfectly. The material is superior. Moving forward, I will order from the Cover Store, no question.

Ordered cover. Received email a week later that the cover is out of stock. Why let me order at all if it is out of stock? And why a week? Called to confirm and they said my card would be credited.
I ordered the cover from a different vendor. Then get a notice from FedEx that the cover from the Coverstore has shipped. I had to call the Coverstore to find out that yes they did ship a cover and would not be crediting my account. No notice from them. I had to call. I told them that I just wanted the credit I was promised and did not want the cover. Just ugly from then on to get it all straightened out from customer support supervisor. No attempt on their part to get the bad taste out of my mouth and make it right. Like maybe a dollar off on my next purchase. Will never buy from them again.

I am a fan of coverstore and love their cover mate chair covers because so far, they have stood up to the test of time. Because of the chair covers, I decided to purchase a car cover, thinking I will get the same value but boy was I wrong. I live in Los Angeles and we do not have extreme weather so I am thinking that this cover will last at least 5 years. Within 8 months I stated to see breakdown of the cover and waiting another month it became porous and started to leak, then fell apart. I contacted cover store and they replaced the cover. Today I washed my car and when I was about to put the replaced cover back on my car and it completely fell apart with dust and pieces flying everywhere. It felt like they used paper to make this cover. I am so disappointed with the product that it needed to get a 0 RATING, as they should remove this product from circulation. I have a cover that my fiancé bought for my Prius and it is in excellent shape. The chair covers are A+ but car Zero-. They did replace this product 8 months ago and it has failed again. Frustrated

My patio sofa cover ripped so I called the Coverstore and they said it was under warranty. I sent in pictures with all of the information and thought like most companies they would say they can't honor a replacement. But within 24 hours they honored my claim and within 5 days I had a new cover!
I absolutely love this company, they stand behind their product which is rare these days and they also make the ONLY furniture cover I have ever found that actually keeps the cushions dry!

I was very apprehensive placing my order after reading all the bad reviews. I went ahead anyway because the only other serious custom competitor uses vinyl which isn't great for furniture. I don't doubt others have had problems, but just want to add that mine came out perfectly.
The Cover Store made a custom firepit cover for me. They did not make the cover to the required diameter and they now refuse to make a new cover, that is the correct size, at no additional cost. This is clearly their mistake but their ongoing refusal to acknowledge the manufacturing error and, then make it right, should be a warning to anyone in the market for a custom cover.
I ordered a TV cover on June 17th. Still says in transit on fed ex website as of this writing on June 27th. Amazon gets my packages to me in a day or two. I have since ordered a new cover from Amazon. I have sent 2 emails to the company and get no help in return. I'm done with this company. Should have read the numerous reviews before I ordered. Terrible customer service. This will definitely be my last purchase assuming this one ever shows up. Do better Cover Store.
Unfortunately, this is outside our control. Your package is moving through the carrier's network and is scheduled to deliver this Wednesday. It has had scans showing progress each day since our last conversation. We greatly apologize it's arriving after the estimated delivery date. If you are able to reject the shipment and have it returned to the sender, we will fully refund you once we've received it back. We've also sent a complimentary return with a label in case you are not able to reject it. Instructions will come in a separate email.

We had wanted for covers for our patio set and grill and found Coverstore. The site was pretty easy to use but needed help as I could not find certain sizes for some pieces. I saw they did custom covers but wanted to tell with someone. After calling in, the rep helped me understand what measurements I needed to move forward with that option. The site was fairly clear but I needed a second opinion. They suggested choosing a fabric that would perform well according to the weather conditions and help guide me on measuring. I went with Ultima. After waiting a couple weeks, our order came. Everything fit perfectly! I guess my measurements were spot on! We've been really happy with the quality of the covers that even our neighbors want to order some.
We read several reviews and admit we were a bit hesitant to order from The Cover Store. We purchased a compete set of outdoor patio furniture (16 pieces) and wanted something with good quality to protect it. Despite Cover Stores overall rating we opted to purchase from them and ordered the Prestige series custom covers. We're pleased to report they are OUTSTANDING!. Our order was processed complete in a few weeks, arrived ahead of schedule, the quality and workmanship is excellent and they fit perfect! We strongly recommend The Cover Store and would not hesitate to do business with them again
Stay far away. We bought covers that did not fit and company refused to offer a refund or replace them.
The customer had worked with a designer in their area who assisted in obtaining their measurements to order Custom Covers for multiple items. We were made aware that one of the items did not fit properly. Since the customer paid the designer directly and not Coverstore, these types of situations are typically handled by that party and we advised the customer to contact them directly. It seems they came up empty-handed with their efforts to resolve with the designer so they left us a negative review. The review caught our attention and we reached out wanting to learn where the issue may have been. The designer captured the initial dimensions provided by the customer via a Facetime call. Regardless of where the error was had (if the incorrect measurements were given or the designer made an error), we requested the customer remeasure with some guidance and advised we would replace the cover as a courtesy. The new dimensions provided were different than what was initially ordered and after talking it through, the CX was certain these were accurate.
After the courtesy replacement was made, the customer contacted us again. They indicated the replacement cover fits perfectly, however, due to weather conditions in their area, the cover had now blown away. Although adverse weather is out of our control and we do not replace covers when this happens, we made additional efforts to offer a replacement with a substantial discount. The customer was still dissatisfied with the outcome and posted multiple reviews.
If I had known their products were manufactured in China sweat shops, I would NOT have ordered. They should have disclosed this information during the order process. When are American companies going to realize, we'd rather pay a little more to avoid "Made in China"!
We wish it was simple to just raise prices and make products here. Cost of labor is only one obstacle when it comes to making something domestically, and cost of labor can be somewhat offset by taking advantage of the efficiencies that come with making things locally. The real reason it’s so hard to manufacture in America is that there’s no infrastructure to produce things here. I'm sure that 90%+ of the items in our household are manufactured overseas. We will never fully avoid items being produced elsewhere. Thanks for your feedback.
Our cover is for a Weber grill with island surround. It arrived much earlier than quoted, fit perfectly, looks great and appears to be high quality! Thank you!
I ordered a custom cover. Their web site says that this is a family owned business in TX and the products are made there. NOT TRUE. My cover was a standard size and the tag says Made in CHINA. If I knew this I would never have ordered it. They said I can't return it. Liars, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Our products (with the exception of custom vehicle covers manufactured by Covercraft) are produced in our world-class factory based in China. We control all materials and processes from start to finish and then ship to our offices/distribution center here in Texas. The statement of misleading buyers on the country of origin is inaccurate.
Waiting in a refund now 10 weeks- no one answered phone - sent 4 emails- covers did not fit as I sent them pics of furniture w size. Returned as they requested- was told refund in 14 days.
These are advertised as typically including mirror and antenna pockets. Don't count on it. They have no mirror pockets and no holes for antenna's, and if you cut your own, they are going to start ripping. But, a 911, Boxter, and 308 all look the same right? This is a drop-shipping businesses. They take the orders, mark up the products, and have them sent straight from China. I asked where this company is. I was told it was in Dallas, Texas and these were Texas made. Every time you spend a dollar in China it supports those 5 Aircraft Carriers they are building with war groups of ships to support each carrier all to attack the USA. What other navy is a threat to China? Support China, support the war against the USA.

There is a difference between our Covermates Contour fit covers VS. Covercraft Custom-fit covers. Contour fit covers fit multiple vehicles of the same shape/size, whereas Custom Fit covers are tailored to the exact year/make/model of the vehicle and include mirror pockets as shown on our site.

I rarely write reviews, but I'm extremely impressed with the quality of my custom cover (Elite in khaki) as well as the ease of putting the cover on/off. It took a few weeks to receive my cover, but again it was a custom size. I highly recommend.
