I would have liked different fabric options. I asked when I placed the order but was never contacted. I am not happy that the zipper is on the exposed side of the seat. The cover was made and arrived at my house less than a week after ordering! It is quality made and fits my irregular window seat perfectly.
Since the covers are custom made, there is a necessary amount of back and forth to get the measurements correct. The team was always fast to respond, but didn't mind if it took me a while to do the same. I originally started the order before my sectional had arrived, and they simply held my order until I had time to assemble and measure it. Would certainly recommend them.

The canopy cover fits great and is very sturdy. The cushion cover fit's although I have to cut the old cushion in half because there is no zipper to get each piece out but that's fine. It's a very nice check ver with thick material and expertly made zippers.
