They gave me a date, and said I had to sign for it. Then they move the date up a few days and both dates came and went every time I called they said give it another 24 hours and it will be there, it kept showing that it stayed in the same place and it was well over two weeks late but still said I had to sign for it, I was trying to find out as I was going out of town and kept having to make arrangements for somebody to be there to sign for it and then one day it showed up without them let me know it was finally coming and there's nobody there to sign and they just left it on the porch. I was glad I got it I was glad to get it with out somebody signing for it but why did they keep telling me someone had to sign for it and it was real real late and No one there to sign. I had left on an 11 day vacation and luckily a neighbor picked it up for me.
We bought these covers recently and are excellent quality so we came back to the site to buy more!
We ended up getting g new covers for all of our patio furniture.

I ordered 3 covers at the same time. I thought I ordered all 3 to be tan colored but 1 of the 3 came black. I sent an email to customer service a three weeks ago to work through it and haven't heard back... I do get marketing emails almost daily. Not too happy about this.

Upon checking the order receipt, we discovered that the color chosen for product # 1 was black, and we had delivered exactly as specified in the order. You must have received a confirmation email after the order was placed. You can evaluate the same thing from your side. In addition, we received an email on May 4th regarding color issues. However, we were unable to locate anything requested prior to this date. We advised the concern team to review your issues and provide a solution within 48 hours.
In regards to the promotional emails. You must have signed up for our newsletters. If they are bothering you, you can always unsubscribe from them by contacting our customer support team.

I never received my product. Worst company ever. They kept telling me my cover was moved to production then would send a email saying they needed more information. This happens no less than 3times, Im thinking 5times. Then they said they needed more money. When you call they put you on hold with this recording that is constantly repeating over and over every 4-5seconds
