UPDATE: my curtains showed up without grommets. The way the website for ordering curtains is designed is very poorly. You have to put in width and length. You pick your color it gives you the price and then the add to cart button is right next to it. Apparently you have to scroll down to add grommets. On most websites the add to cart is after all of the choices. WHY WOULD YOU ORDER CURTAINS WITHOUT GROMMETS!?
I called customer service and their resolution was for me to find a leather worker in my area to install them... I asked if I could send them back and they could do it for me. His answer was ma'am we are in India. Seriously? Needless to say I will not be ordering another thing from this company.
