Great service. Was so pleased to discover. Easy to order. Quick arrival. Good price. Quality seems good. Will be interested in seeing how well the vinyl/rubber like material holds up in my 4-season climates.
My sectional is complicated with non-standard measurements and shape. The designers had me re-measure and send additional measurements and that resulted in a great fitting cover.
I had already purchased a large piece of high quality firm foam so that I could cut to size and make my own cushions. I was a little nervous to order the covers from "covers & all" as there are many reviews for larger covers stating not size as ordered, bad customer service, etc. But, at the prices they were charging (cheap) I went ahead and order 5 covers, all differant size, so I could make my own cushion for inside chair, outside chair, custion for car seat, and cushion for lawn mower. They were all "exactly" the size I ordered... zippers worked fine, quality seems good, etc. no complaints... be aware they are made in India so allow aboutl 2 weeks to get your order.
Website complete and easy to navigate. Custom made order fits exactly and serves the purpose with high quality, durable materials. It was shipped and arrived earlier than expected.
Working with the company was very easy. Through chat I was able to get all of my questions asked before ordering. Providing a design for approval prior to construction meant that the specs would be correct. My only issue with the order is that the magnets in the door edges that are supposed to stick to a metal frame, are very weak. I will have to substitute my own magnets to ensure they are strong enough to stay connected.
This is our second order based on excellent prior experience.
Need a new cover for one that got weather worn. This was the place that not only had the clearest description of what I was looking for, but got it right and delivered it easily.

My larger custom sail shade was made 12" longer on each length from what I ordered.
