I didn't see an immediate option that matched my outdoor BBQ setup (because I have two grills), so I just chose one of their existing formats and elongated the grill section to encompass both grills despite having a bar counter between both grills. When they contacted me to approve the recorded dimensions, I mentioned the unique set up, and they worked with me to get my custom measurements and produced a cover that fit the exact setup that I have. Everything looks good and fits very well. I highly recommend Covers & All!
The ordering process was pretty straightforward with diagrams of furniture styles that made it easy to find the style needed and then enter measurements. Also, you can upload pictures of the furniture. They also followed up to double check the measurements.

I went crazy looking for an inexpensive way to cover my daybed mattress. I did not want to spend over what I purchased the whole thing for. Finally found covers and all and I am so impressed. Summers I. Florida I probably will have to get replaced every 2 years. Also two dogs who love to dig holes in pillows. This will hopefully stand up to them. Fast shipping too!

The entire experience was exasperating. The website was not responsive & would not let me place my order for several days. That's a big failure for me. After several days I called customer service & although he could see the order I placed would not take my order over the phone. What could have taken a short time to process, took forever going back & forth trying to get your system to work. I don't believe it was the customer service gentleman's fault, but your process.

I custom ordered 4 pillows and a seat cushion, they all fit great. So far the fabric seems great for south florida(only time will tell) the florida sun is tough on all fabric! The color was exacly what I expected. I would order again from covers all.
