Ordering was easy and I have been looking for a simple way to replace the cushion covers on our patio furniture.
This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. They sent me the wrong size cover, and I sent photos and a video back to them to prove it. They said that wasn't good enough, their records show it is the correct size even though it was made in India and never verified in the USA. The size is off by 3 FEET, not just inches. Also, you cannot talk to customer service by phone. I am in the process of doing a chargeback with by credit card since they won't replace this cover. Take your business elsewhere, DON'T buy anything here!

Very easy to order, love the ability to upload a picture. Was surprised and pleased when I was contacted to confirm the dimensions.
This wasn't a smooth purchase. Their system wouldn't accept my desired dimensions so I had to go through customer support. I sent them the schematic drawing, with dimensions, by the manufacturer and they initialed the order. Then they wanted a picture. For what I don't know. The drawing had all the dimensions on it. Two days later I get an email that they canceled my order and that I would get a refund, no explanation of why. The next day I get an email that my item had shipped. The item arrived and I'm not real happy with the fit but it's functional.
