My covers are simple rectangular sheets. The material looks good and durable. A couple of the folds on the corners were a bit sloppy but other than that I'd still recommend them.

We recently purchased some outdoor furniture that didn't have any covers available with them. We had used Covers&All a few years ago for some custom fire feature covers around our pool and decided to use them again.
Definitely not disappointed. Same great quality product and customer service as before. Just the right amount of back and forth to ensure you have the exact measurements you need to get it right followed by excellent communications on your order processing right up until delivery. Added bonus is that the website is comprehensive and easy to navigate.

I am always hesitant to order items sight unseen, but this was a great decision. Ordering was easy, and it came very quickly. Ordered 2/26/26, and received it on March 10,2026. This is our first order and after explaining to lady on the phone, she showed zero willingness to help and just read a script. We needed to order a total of 4 cushions but ordered one as an initial test fit. Not happy at all considering the cover is brand new and we only wanted an exchange. Taking business elsewhere. Ridiculous!

Amazing. After years of a tarp being held down with bricks, I finally got around to ordering an actual cover for an outdoor storage chest. It took all of five minutes to put on, and the drawstrings at the bottom secure it easily and efficiently. So simple. So effective. The quality of the workmanship is such that I think this cover will stay in good shape for a long time.
The whole process from start to finish (I also had to make a frantic phone call to customer service to adjust my order right after I'd placed it, and that was quick and easy too) was great.
My only complaint is why did I wait so long to do this?

The customer service is the absolute worst. I am still waiting for over a week for resolution of defective slip covers.
Every avenue of contact is a waste of time. The chat is useless. The e-mail is useless, The phone conversations are useless. All they do is generate Ticket #'s. Tickets that never get resolved and are never responded to.
I wasted close to 3 hours trying to resolve my issue, avers nd it's still not resolved. I've given up and just written off the covers as a total loss.
My favorite part was speaking to a customer service agent in a crowded, loud, foriegn country

I ordered from this firm by mistake, after making the order I phoned up 3 minutes after to cancel the reply was it has gone to manufacture, which was completely untrue I was told lots of untrue facts. The customer service is the poorest I have ever encountered. At the end of it they offered me not even a quarter of what I paid out,

My experience was awesome! I selected the cover I wanted, provided the dimensions, but changed them 2x, prior to the cover being made. Covers&all made correcting the dimensions very easy and the cover is PERFECT! We are very pleased with how it came out, the quality, and ease of using. Paid over $500 for 2 custom bench cushions. Several manufacturers defects in fabric. One cushion foam cut too long for cushion cover causing it to bow. Won't lie flat. Second cushion foam arrived in 2 pieces (not disclosed when ordering) and cut 5" too short for the 2nd cushion cover. Foam is very poor quality. Looks like foam for a cheap throw pillow. The cushions are unusable. Contacted Customer Service 3 times to request refund instructions. Auto response that "They'll get back to me in 2 hours" but I have had not heard back from them. It's been 5 days! This is a scam.

I recently placed an order for a replacement cushion cover for a circular lounge chair using your website. I took the measurements carefully and entered them into your system while placing the order from my iPhone.
Unfortunately, the product I received was completely incorrect for the cushion it was intended for. After contacting customer service, I was told that because the order matched what was entered into the template, nothing could be done and that I would need to place a new order.
While I understand that policies exist, this situation is frustrating. Your website appears to be much better suited for desktop navigation, and using it on a phone made it difficult to clearly verify the configuration before submitting the order. As a first-time customer, I assumed the system would translate the measurements I entered into the correct configuration.
I did take the measurements and input them accurately, so I was surprised when the final product did not match what was needed.
I'm hoping we can find a reasonable solution, whether that be a replacement cover, adjustment, or store credit, rather than simply asking me to place another full order.
Please let me know if there is a way we can resolve this.

The tarp came folded and stuck together. It took a while to unfold and now all I see are the seems from the folds that will not smooth out. I was using this to cover my screen on my Lanai. The last time I ordered one, it came in a roll which was much better!
