I ordered a cover for my built-in BBQ and the ordering process was seamless, the customer service was excellent and the overall product came just as I expected and at such a great price! I would definitely recommend Covers & All!
Great service, fast service just what you want when you order something.
My order was delayed numerous times. Ordered in Sept. Finally after repeated requests to cancel or determine when I would receive my order, I contacted VISA. A couple weeks later I received it DECEMBER There was nothing fancy about what I ordered or anything special When I would email or call I got mixed communications. Actually I received it and then got an email saying they were still working on it and I should get a tracking number soon. Since the emails usually had broken English or word usage incorrect I figured I was working with a foreign company.
Covers & All made a custom cover for an octagonal fire pit. They sent 2 emails asking for additional measurements, which at the time I couldn't understand why - I thought what we gave them according to the website order page was enough. When we got the cover, I was very impressed with the detail that they put into they cover so that it wouldn't blow off. I should have ordered a larger pillow to keep rain water from pooling in it, but an exercise ball should do the trick.
Cushion covers are durable and cut to size. Fit perfectly.
Custom cushion covers are of great quality and fit perfectly. A little stiff but will be great for outdoor patio that gets wet.
Covers took longer than I expected, but they were custom for our egg chairs. My suggestion to the company would be to stay in constant contact with orders that take longer than normal, so customers dont freak out on the lead time. A little pricey (not a fun buy), but very pleased with the quality & custom fit. You get what you pay for! Will use this company again & highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service, company worked to make sure the measurements were correct. I remeasured and changed the size after double-checking the diagram they sent to confirm the fit. Even called to ask about sizing. The grill cover fit perfectly. Happy with quality. Going to order another one, Wisconsin weather is hard on things left outside.
I ordered custom cushion covers from Covers & All. I was a little nervous because I had never heard of this company, but I had a good experience with them and would recommend it to anyone. The covers came a little before the estimated arrival date, and they were nicely made and good quality. I thought they were an excellent value for the price. My only suggestion to the company is to post more pictures of the finished product on the website. I ordered charcoal gray covers, and there weren't many photos of that option at the time I ordered my covers. The covers that came were more of a bluish gray, but even though I didn't expect that, I think they are a really nice color.
The company gave good instructions how to measure the table in question. A couple of months later but before cold weather started it arrived. It fits just as it supposed. It looks well-made. I'd have no problem recommending them.
I'm mostly angered and frustrated by the lack of communication from this business. I get that everything was messed up this year, believe me, I do. Given the 'ever evolving' situations, I think the best thing a company can do is be transparent to its paying customers. Honestly, I wouldn't have been as upset if I had known that my order was going to take two months to be delivered. Given that by the time two months passed, I did not need the product anymore, I wanted a refund. I had had no communication as to where or what was going on with my order, but was told it was in the mail. I never got a tracking number.
All of it was just weird and incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend and will never shop here again.

It took a while to get the cover but it was exactly as described. The material is thick and well made.
My experience started off great. Customer service was very helpful and easy to contact through chat. Problem started after I place the order.
I was originally supposed to receive the item October 25th. That came and went so I called to find out what was going on. Long story short, for the next two months I went back and forth with them. They kept telling me 5 more days each week I called they would say five more days. They were flat-out lying to me knowing that they couldn't ship it and I don't know why. Have they just said it's going to be another 60 days to receive the item I would have been fine with that. Just tell the truth and I would be okay. However they did offer many discounts along the way and I received the item for a very very good price because of the inconvenience. And for that I am grateful.
The product came in and the quality is very very good. I'm extremely happy with the product itself. My only advice to the company is don't lie to people, just tell them the truth and you'll be much better off.
All of that aside I would definitely use them again. Mostly because of the quality of the product.
Note: everyone should know that the company's not located in Georgia as their website would lead you to believe. The product is actually made in India. But I'm telling you the quality is very good

I order a Clear Tarp in October nothing on the site indicated that these are made in India and take months to get.
The product seems fine, but I needed it in October, did not get until after Christmas.

Covers and All provided a custom fit for our patio furniture. We ordered the most durable material and will be giving it a test this winter since our furniture will stay out all winter. So far it appears to holding up to the cold and snow. The fit was exceptional and they followed some special instructions accurately. The covers appear to be durable and I expect that they will last for quite a while. Communication and delivery was better than expected. I found the cost to be reasonable and I would definitely order from the again.
Needed to replace outdoor chair cushion covers. Was able to order exact custom size (trapezoid), arrived on time and of great quality and value. Referred two friends who ordered bbq covers and were very satisfied as well
I bought outdoor cushion covers and very disappointed with the product for a few reasons.
1. The back side of the cover is open and looks bad
2. No zipper or velcro to cover the backside, therefore, leavng the stuffing to get wet and become can create mildew on the inside
3. Straps on back do not line up correctly to fasten them on the chair
3. They do not fit the chairs and I am unable to return them
4. I have never been so dissatisfied with a product as i am these covers. I will be spreading the word not to order through this site due to not standing behind your product or customer service
5. I searched the site for return options and could not find any, which led me to believe I would be able to return the covers if I was dissatisfied
6. I have a pdf of my purchase receipt but the system will not let me upload it

The product you ordered is a Custom Cover (https://www.coversandall.com/custom-size-and-shape-covers-rectangle-and-square.html), manufactured according to the measurements and instructions provided. As the example pictures clearly demonstrate, this is a cover and is open at the bottom. We have a separate section for closed Cushion Covers which is prominently displayed at the top of the home page - coversandall.com/outdoor-cushion-and-pillow-covers.html. There is no note on your order to indicate that you were expecting cushion covers, nor are there any reference images of the articles you intended to cover.
We have noted your chat conversation dated 5 December in which you have mentioned that incorrect measurements may have been entered: "The covers I received do not fit. I do believe it was my error as I put width first and I think I should have put length first."
Each cover is passionately handcrafted exactly as ordered. Since these are custom made to your specifications, we do not accept returns in the absence of any error from our side. They lost my order and after several emails a month or so later, they found it. I paid for it when I ordered it so I was a little worried about them losing my order. The cover turned out too "fat" but that was ok as I have enough foam to fill it. The one thing I could not figure out was the closure, it was weird with clips and the clips didn't work well. I will take it apart and redo the closing edge. It still was worth the cost, I can take it apart and redo it but the pattern is there and I can use what they have done as a template to put it back together. I would have spent on the "fabric" alone what I paid for it, so I decided it was ok, and can redo it for what I want it for.
