The team are easy to deal with, send in a draft plan using your own drawing or their template, and the templated price is as near as precise. A designer is assigned and sends out a shop drawing for adjustment or approval, and you can adjust seemingly as many times as you want - with the designer making suggestions on measurements and how the cover fits. Once you are happy you confirm acceptance and it goes into production almost same day, then a tracking note is issued upon despatch and you get it through the post a few days later... open it up and fit it - job done

Ordered my cover and it shipped pretty quickly, however, I had to sign for it. During that time, no one was at our house and I never had the opportunity to sign digitally or to make other arrangements. It was shipped back and I have not seen a return try or any sort of credit yet.

My order took over a month to ship and after back and forth dialogue with the designer I received a cover that didn't fit properly. The final design was never received for review and approval before the cover was made. I tried calling and spoke with a customer service representative who told me that I would have to file a compliant if the cover was not correct because it was already in process. I submitted multiple photos with measurements to facilitate sizing. It's frustrating that I was unable to approve the final design and double check measurements because now I have an expensive cover that is too big.

The order and delivery service are great. Where to measure for fit is very clear, no need to adapt your measurements for getting cover on and off as they allow a tolerance as stated. Follow instructions on website, you can't go wrong. I ordered the fabric faced cover it looks very smart, my only criticism is that the seams are sewn slightly puckered so the the tabletop part doesn't lie completely flat, hence the 4 stars. There is no commercially available cover as far as I can see that is the correct size, so overall I am happy with my purchase.

Had a specific delivery timeline based on international travel itinerary. Upgrading the shipping to "priority" (at extra cost) indicated the order would be delivered in the required timeframe. That did not happen. Only after repeated outreach did I get a response from Covers refunding the upgraded shipping cost. I've not seen the product & cannot speak to the quality as I had to depart before the product arrived.
