Quality ok for the price, would have liked the option to have a better / thicker product like the coverings used in marine applications (even if it was a higher price) but I purchased the maximum quality available. Happy with the service and delivery.

Cover is well made. I just would have preferred if the outdoor fabric was a better quality. This one feels too much like a plastic feel, so not so comfortable to sit on. I have felt much softer outdoor fabrics and would have preferred that.

Everything about the process and product were perfect. I got the dimensions from the outdoor furniture website, I put in those dimensions and the cover fits perfectly. I was using cheap covers before and this is worth the investment.

I had been searching for over a year for a crate cover but as u have 2 crates side by side I couldn't find anything that would fit both and those that I did find were very over priced and looked to be poorer quality/flimsy material. I came across covers & all and decided I would commit to having a custom cover made. I was nervous that the sizing might be incorrect and assumed the commissioned piece would be expensive as it was custom made but no- this cover that arrived was perfect. Size, shape, functionality it completely exceeded my expectations and it was about 1/4 of the price of the non-custom covers I'd been looking at. The quality isnamazing. The material is so thick and hard wearing it'll last for ever! The eyelets allowed me to attach it to the crates so they didn't shift around. It's just perfect. Customer services was brilliant too. They clarified anything that was needed and were quick to reply. I can not recommend this company enough. I will be ordering more. Thanks guys!
