Product arrived quickly, but it had lots of creases on it because it was folded very tightly. We hope the creases will fall out over time. Otherwise a very good experience with this company.

I've ordered two covers from these guys and they've both been great. The process is really good and the website makes it easy to create a custom cover. Once ordered the communication I got to verify my measurements made things very reassuring. My latest cover was for my outdoor table, and it was a snug but nice fit. I ordered the top material and it does an excellent job protecting it from elements.

I purchased the cover initially online fine then I waited and waited. Apparently I hadn't given proper dimensions. I tried to do this at least 3 times, had to ring and thought all good. Waited and waited, rang again. They said payment for extra size hadn't gone through, it had. I ordered the cover in November 23, got it in June 24 and it doesn't fit, but honestly it's all to hard..
