Once we sorted out all the problems we actually received our winch covers personally delivered to our rural address. The only thing we were missing were the tiedowns on it but that's not a problem. Apart from that the experience shopping with cover was fantastic.

Why feet and inches? We're not in the 50's anymore old-timer. Should have a option for how many d-rings. 4, 6, 8, 10 it makes sense. The review back and forward pocess has caught some of your customers out as it nearly did to me too. Most of your negative reviews are arond confusion over following the review process.

Additionally, due to the customization in our products, we are unable to specify the number of D-rings on our website. The quantity of D-rings will depend on the size you select, increasing the risk of receiving an incorrect product with the wrong number of D-rings.
