The product is clearly well put together however the grommets were not evenly spaced making it difficult to use for it's intended purpose. Additionally, although we are warned on the website that there may be an additional 1-2 inches in length (though I can't understand why we are ordering custom sizes if you can't actually provide the dimensions we request), I ordered 2 screens of the same size and they are different sizes, again, making application difficult. If they were to be a bit bigger I would hope they would at least be the same size.

We ordered a sun shade for our new pergola with grommets every 24 inches for almost $500. We got a tarp (anyfeed store for $20) with one grommet in 4 corners. They refused to take it back so PayPal had to refund and go after them. DONT do business with them.

I would recommend covers and all to anyone looking to replace or purchase new cushions for their outdoor furniture, very happy with the poducts.

Ordered seat covers to replace seat covers that were originally white, and now visibly stained. Ordered charcoal grey and couldn't be happier with the quality, colour and finish. Getting the existing covers off was quite a battle so I was worried about putting the new ones on. Turned out to be a breeze. I added an inch to the dimensions when ordering, and with the double zips that go around the corners of the cushion, putting them on was simple. Covers fitted perfectly and the fabric is much more durable than the original covers and thicker than I was expecting. Item arrived in under 2 weeks and the price was amazing, given they were custom made. Would recommend completely. I was so amazed by the quality and value.

When ordered online they only have standard size but made contact with team, managed to email back and forth custom measurements for what i need; so the final product was better than i expected. All good

Received our cushions within 2 weeks, really happy they fit perfectly. Really well made, quality tuff fabric look like they'll survive outdoor weather conditions. Look well made, solid, strong double zips.

The initial call to place the order was complex and time consuming but the delivery was swift and the final product was great.
