Appreciate the time and effort made by company to get the measurements accurate even though it took a little longer than I anticipated it was worth the wait.
I love that you can choose your preferred colour, they were also super quick to get back to me with confirmation of custom sizes for our covers. I didn't think it was much more expensive than buying standard covers in a store but they are WAY better looking.
Very good. It is important when submitting a custom fit order you give as much detail as possible with photos. It was the most important thing I found when dealing with the design team. The final result was very professional produced so much so that I have placed a further order for a full cover.

Despite many emails, pictures of the existing umbrella cover, it still came out wrong.
The numerous requests from the designers and clarifications still did not get exactly what I wanted. The offshore call centre for help was no use.

Ok but instructions for measuring custom shade cloth were a bit ambiguous regarding what to do if customer already has a specific hardware setup. This was however resolved after several emails back and forth after my order was placed.
Gave accurate measurements from eyelet to eyelet and confirmed the plan sent back to me which was good. Final product however did not take fabric stretch into account so that there is a fair bit of slack/sag in the sail.
PayPal payment option did not function at all despite refreshing page.
I ordered two table covers. One for a 2.4m rectangular stone table and the other for a round. 75m stone table. Covers & All were very quick to respond with draft designs and a phone call to ensure that I was happy with what they were to provide. The order was manufactured and delivered within 10 days, which was amazing. In addition, the quality of the materials and workmanship was superior to the products I was replacing. I could not be happier.

Needed to have a number of back and forth exchanges due to my not understanding some of the measurements every time staff were patient and extremely helpful. Covers delivered were what I expected and everything fitted.
