I placed an order shortly before Christmas expecting there to be a delay but not in any rush, but to my surprise they arrived just after New Years! They are really well made, and seem like a durable fabric (I'll have to see how they hold up). I chose the elastic bottom option, and it works perfectly to hold my covers on when there is a breeze

Nothing to do with their excellent products, and like most suppliers they are at the mercy of courier companies, but FFS, why can't I put a PO Box? Long story, but "StarTrack" (ironically part of Australia Post) sent me rubbish "it's coming today" messages, which caused me to stay at home for the day, and then "you weren't at home when we arrived, so we've taken it to the destination on the card we left". No card, and they never, ever showed up.
We're used to this garbage, and knew exactly where it was - at our local PO, which I wasn't allowed to specify as a delivery address. I've complained to "StarTrack", but will get the usual weasel-word "we care, moving forward" reply.

There was an attempt made to deliver the product to my home address. I tracked it down to a Newsagency. I made it quite clear on the order that the product was to be delivered to an address in Noosaville, Qld. This was very frustrating as I then had to drive to go and get the cover from the shop and then take it to the post office and pay for postage to Noosaville. It was quite a heavy cover and apart the time taken, this meant a delay in getting the cover delivered to Noosaville. So the overall experience feels quite poor to me and costly also.

I got exactly what I was after but the cushions were in fact better than I expected with pop rivets and mounting elastic installed. They look sensational on the boat!
