Ordering and delivery process easy as. Was worried about a number of mentioned concerns people had with their reviews, however I went ahead and ordered. Simple, easy process and I think the cover looks great.

My cover is missing something and the company have not responded except for there standard response of have you received your product. I have told them i have the cover but something is missing and they will not respond except for the thank you for your order taht keeps coming. This is unacceptable i only need a answer to my question.
I would not use them again, as it was too hard with all the confirmation started in feb and got my cover in june?
All pretty easy but I will wait for delivery time?

Bit hard to work out how to fit it completely over tv down the back. TV is on a wall in an outside area.
Instructions were easy to follow but measurements are confusing.
