The product I have received is fabulous!
The delivery was delayed and eventually couriered by FedEx/TNT. When I wasn't home to receive it, the didn't just leave it at my door like every other courier, but took it to a drop point three suburbs away where I had to drive to collect it.

My order unfortunatley was delivered to the worng address even though it was clearly marked, I suspect this is an issue with the courier though.
