Apparently I ordered from an AUS website and my order then went to the USA and from there to India for manufacture. Sounds complicated but it worked very well.
I was supplied on-line with a drawing showing the dimensions of the one-off cover I ordered.
The drawing was correct and I confirmed this before manufacture could commence.
This is a brilliant idea which should eliminate errors by customers who misunderstand the ordering instructions. You get the chance to ensure you will get the cover you have in mind.
Quite quick delivery and the cover itself is perfect.

The products ere very good and all fitted but dealing with the ordering process was frustrating and annoying. It looks as though the company is in Australia but it's not.
The material of the shade sail is high quality and it is well made. Unfortunately, the shade sail was not supplied in the measurements ordered below:
Side A - B: 134"
Side B - D: 106"
Side D - C: 134"
Side C - A: 106"
The dimensions of the supplied shade sail were:
Side A - B:106"
Side B - D:83"
Side D - C: 106"
Side C - A: 83"
There was some further clarification requested by Covers and All concerning the diagonal measurement submitted to them:
Diagonal A - D: 181"
Diagonal B - C: 181"
I received the following designer comment: We received your order and have concerns about the dimensions of the diagonals. From the dimensions. It seems that sunshade is rectangular, but as per the Pythagoras theorem, the diagonals dimensions (170.86") differ from the given diagonals (181"). So please confirm the diagonal dimensions. Also, we inform you that the price may differ in case of any changes in the size, product, tie downs or material. We are waiting for your response.
My tradesman advised that he could work with 170.86" diagonals, so I confirmed the revised diagonals and the order was delivered, but with the errors cited above.
On another note, I twice enquired if measurements could be submitted in metric units, but I received no response on this point.
Fortunately, the shade sail can be used in a different location. I have submitted the original measurements to two of their competitors who have no issues with the originally supplied dimensions. They do not need to know the diagonals, because they can work it out. They will do a site visit as well.
Stuff around with delivery, had to chase up where it was then go pick it up myself. When opening package straight away noticed Brown dirty crease lines on outside surfaces may clean off I hope. Was hoping drawstrings would pull cover close over winch rope but to my disappointment it has about 200mm at the end of each string that doesn't close. Very happy with the material it is made of looks tough and strong I'll make it work.

Regrettably, it shows "Customer not available or business closed" and package was available for the pickup. Furthermore, we perform a Quality Check on all products before they are shipped and tried our best to provide the secure packaging that the product does not get affected. This is very unfortunate that you have faced an issue. Moreover, we have provided the drawstring same as per the standard process. Product quality and size was perfect. The overall experience was great.
