The whole process was simple and accurate. Online guidelines for measuring the bowl/pit were simple to follow. The result is a cover that fits perfectly. Material looks like it will live up to predicted lifespan. An unexpected feature are 2 weather proof air vents - bonus! I was kept up to speed on my order. Really helpful on-line customer service chat. I accidently put in the wrong email address, and I was able to talk to someone online and resolve it very quickly. Item appeared in under two weeks, as was expected. Product appears to be 100% better quality than the ones we have been buying at the major hardware store and we have got through a ton of those in the last year, so if this one stands by its 5-year warranty, this should be a great investment.
