I appreciated the follow up with the courier service when I order failed to arrive as promised. Not only was I cc'd into the email to the courier but my order was prioritised as promised.
Cushion covers are just like I ordered and excellent. Thank you I will be using you again in the new year to order more covers for my outdoor furniture

When I 1st made the order I paid through afterpay. As time went on there were disputes about sizing and shaping. This took months to work out. Then I went to pay and afterpay was no longer associated with them so I had to wait even longer to cover the cost. Finally received my covers and they fit in some areas and are too big in others. I'm just glad to have the cushions covered finally.

Easy to communicate with regarding measurements, I just overestimated the cushion gap, so the cover was slightly loose. Just make sure to measure accurately to the existing insert.

ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE MEASUREMENTS WERE I GAVE MUST HAVE BEEN SLIGHTLY INCORRECT AS COVERS WERE SLIGHTLY OVERSIZED.
