Purchased a cover for our pool lounge. I'm not sure why I never thought to have one made sooner! It's fabulous quality. It was very simple to measure and order. Fast shipping. Couldn't be happier!

Not too shabby, but your math isn't mathing! You want uploads of pictures and video, your site only supports 20mb, way too small, like my bbq cover, way too small, everything you have requested, I have sent to you, multiple emails and telephone calls, still no results, you send emails then saying the issue is resolved, no it isn't, I am taking in to account the people that you use for complaints, their mother tongue isn't English, I have factored those variables in, just tell me how to send your cover back, refund my money, this has become a full-time job, just chasing the same things up over and over, so the experience becomes an exercise in attrition, please for the love of God, enough, please enough, no more phone calls or emails, please? You have enough satisfied customers, one unhappy person, being me, so your strike rate isn't too bad. Just give concise instructions on how to send the cover back, please? No more pictures, it is too small.

Very quick delivery of 2 x 3seater, 2 x single chair and 1 x round table cover to Northern beaches Sydney, ordered at Christmas time. I was surprised at the speed of delivery actually. We chose the middle rated fabric, and it is perfect - not too heavy but not blowing off either, and waterproof. I was worried that the covers would be a bit painful, but they are on every night and off every morning, without any problem. Quality is great and fit is good considering the limitations of the pattern. They are made with a generous size allowance, so give them accurate measurements of the furniture. We found the website easy to use on a laptop, but not friendly (read "massively frustrating") when I tried it on an android phone. Price was also very good when compared to local makers.

Love the product and quality have bought a second custom cover as l was so impressed with the quality better than another company's covers l have previously used. Good follow up on perfecting my custom item but wished they followed by a phone as email got list in cyber land and waited way longer for an item l paid extra to be made a delivered before Xmas. 🎅 it was worth the wait though.

Love the seat cover. Great fit. Unique that it has a centre zipper, which we were after.
