The response from Covers & All is not true and reflective of its poor customer service. I did not change the order by phone to that height. I asked them to send transcripts from the recorded conversation, which they did, and it clearly proved I did not order that height. But, they continue to deny their error and unwillingness to resolve.

I was really worried about the measurement and though I gave an inch bigger than the actual size, it still worked out okay and the communication with team was easy whenever I have questions. Fast shipping as well with very reasonable price range.

I had been looking for a cover for my l shaped couch and could not find one - once I found Covers and All and measured I was so happy to find one that is custom and a very reasonable price.
I had quite a bit of difficulty processing my order through the website. I used the online chat feature on more than one occasion to try and figure out why the order wouldn't process. We didn't have much success although I was offered a number of different things to try. Eventually the site came back on line in a few days and I was able to place the order without difficulty. They confirmed some details by email before production and I had my delivery faster than expected.

My recent order was received and I am very happy with the product. My order was the last of several previous orders I have placed with Covers & All. I like the fact that you can custom design whatever you want and they will confirm your design with you before they go forward with manufacturing the order. All of my orders have been custom jobs to fit my application and ALL have been exactly what I wanted. Since the product is manufactured overseas, shipping takes a bit longer that if it was shipped within the US but if you want a good product, it is worth the wait.

We have also provided a transcript of the conversation. Unfortunately, we were unable to find any errors in our actions. It is possible that there was a misunderstanding, as there were two separate orders with different measurements. We understand that mistakes can happen and have done our best to offer a solution—in this case, a 50% discount on the replacement of the two products. Unfortunately, there is nothing more that can be done.
