Custom fit and arrived sooner than the estimate given!

Somewhat surprised to see accurate sizing requested. Have a Kurgo generic and it is simply inadequate. I will wait and see the actual product before giving any recommendations to others. We have not yet used the cover as dog is now 15 week old puppy - all movements via a secured crate. Will comment later once we've used the cover.

The product is excellent. With the custom ordering I got grommets just where I need them. The delivery was an outstanding example of "under commit and overdeliver!" (the delivery was estimated for April 7-10 and arrived March 29)

Good website/order/shipping but not impressed with product

Thanks for sending the free swatches of your fabrics. It will help me make my final decisions regarding the cushions I plan on ordering for my outdoor furniture.

I was very impressed by the rapid response (same day or next, can't remember) when I placed my order because some additional info was required. I received an email message w/ a PDF image of a technical sketch with my reported dimensions of the BBQ along with a request to provide the one missing dimension (shown in red). Once I did that I was asked to confirm the dimensions and my order was processed. Very professional! A few days later I received a FedEx tracking notification and about a week later the cover arrived from India.

The material appears to be very robust and waterproof as water and snow seem to bead and slide off very easily. Workmanship also appears high. Time will tell regarding how durable it is after exposure to the various weather elements here on the westcoast of BC, Canada (east Vancouver Island). I would have provided 5 stars based on the service and apparent product quality to date (1 week of ownership) but am holding back because I cannot yet attest to longterm UV resistance and waterproofness. Also, although the website did state that all dimensions would be increased by one or twin inches, that approach has resulted in the height of the cover being a bit too high (long) such that the bottom edges are touching the ground and thus looks a bit sloppy or "baggy" and may reduce circulation under the cover and through the included vents. I just assumed that the height dimension would NOT be adjusted for the reason I just stated — seemed obvious to me. (Next time I would include that as a comment or request when submitting my order.)

At this point I would definitely consider making a future order for similar products based on my experience to date.

The process was a bit complicated because the bag was custom and there is no options on the website for custom bags (only for covers). But with few back and forth and pictures, the team was able to understand my needs. Would have been a 5 * if the service and website were in French as well.

From start to finish my experience with coversandall was simple, pleasant and efficient. The Customer service team constantly follow up with you for correct dimensions and design adjustments should you not be satisfied with the original drawing. Overall it has been an excellent experience especially because they really want to make sure everything is perfect and exactly what you want before the custom cover is sent out to production. My only concern is that my chair cover is a little long and touches the ground even after folding the bottom ends under twice. Perhaps this would not happen if I selected the elastic band option around the bottom? Otherwise we are very happy with the quality and hope to order more for the remaining outdoor chairs when coversandall has a sale

Very easy to fill out the information they require. We attached pictures of the original and even the odd shape cushion was well interrupted and fit great. The fabric is great quality and exceeded our expectations. We will be coming here for all our cover needs :)
