Product is excellent. Covers the furniture so much nicer than store bought. Heavy material means we will get years of wear.
Cover is expensive compared to competition and it is shipped from India, so it is many weeks waiting for it to arrive.

Did not plan on more than three tie points for this. Still figuring out if it will work in my situation. May have to cut one off as it weighs down the side of the shade. Previous purchased one with curved sides and it works great. Thinking I should have gotten this one the same.

It is very difficult to ensure any options requested are incorporated in the final product to be shipped. You should allow the customer to add those details to a mock up via your order entry.
