There were perhaps 3 exchanges on the measurements and their precision before manufacture, I.e., any issues on the fit, within the 3 variables allowed, were on me! Tedious, but worth it! Delivery (once the measures were confirmed) was prompt considering that they were manufactured in India (design team in USA)

I ordered a cover for the fire pit a few months ago at a cost of $53.82, but when it arrived the length was only 32" instead of 48". The cover arrived just before I left for holidays and therefore I did not reply immediately. When I returned I could not find a copy of my order so I requested that Covers & All see whether the fault was mine or theirs. They responded that the fault was mine so I thanked them for investigating and ordered a new cover at a cost of $68.59, this time making sure that I requested 48". When this cover arrived I was very upset that it too was only 32". I have a copy of my order that states 48" (let me know if you want a copy) so the problem must be in your program for ordering. I request that you please refund me the total cost of $122.41 for the two covers. I can be reached at *******822 or *******@shaw.ca.
