Looked for a quality cover for my patio fire place. Every one I ever purchased lasted a season or two. Looked for a local company to custom make one for me as the quick generic ones always too thin and don't last. Well was I ever surprised, found this place in Toronto and purchased it that moment. Just put my dimensions in and it was that easy. But was not local, shipped from India. Not a huge issue, still an amazing quality cover, but thought it was a local company.

I provided measurements and a photo for our sectional. Customer service wanted confirmation on some measurements to ensure I ordered it correctly. A detail diagram was provided which I approved.

Glad I read the reviews as to be clear about the dimensions we needed to submit. Might have otherwise missed the fact that you add an inch or too i.e. That we should submit the actual dimensions of the item needing cover. Communication and follow-up good. It's new so can't really comment on durability and such but so far, so good. On the pricier side but worth it for us.
