I had to replace my original pergola cover, halfway through the summer, due to hail damage. So happy I found Covers & All! The cover arrived exactly as advertised and was created using the measurements I provided. Ordering was simple and delivery was fairly quick. The cover is up and is providing better shade and waterproofing than the original!

I would have given it five stars but the product was a tad wider than I had measured (so the adhesive is not cleanly on the frame as I would have liked) and the information tag is on the outside of the product which is a small/tiny ear sore. Otherwise, very happy!

They shrunk the dimensions of my sunshade because I ordered accessories. May be my bad for not reading the small print but still if you request dimensions from a customer you should not adjust said dimensions. Attempted to return product, found process to return product to be very convoluted and not worth my time.

Fits perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Very durable. I ordered a similar cover 4 years ago from you guys for my patio couch and even though it's been in the sun all day (my house faces south) and survived extreme cold (-40c), it made it though baseball sized hail a few weeks ago without a scratch. Great cover. Excellent customer service. They really work with you to create the best possible version of what you want. Tuff material is excellent quality. Their packaging could be a little better as they fold the cover and wrap significantly to prevent damage. Problem is the cover comes very creased and the creases aren't easy to get out. I imagine with time they'll finally flatten but if the item is rolled when shipped this wouldn't happen.
