These people are easy to deal with and do great work. Yes the products can be pricey but…. They are made in North America and are of excellent quality that will last. If you don't like the price you can buy yours from China, Korea, Vietnam, or Taiwan and replace it every year after that. You'll figure it out.

I was quite impressed by the followup with the drawings. Production of the units and fast delivery was exceptional. You may want to explain on your web site the order process with followup drawings. I do not know if the material will resist, but the fabrication looks good. It would be nice to have a better choice of Colors and various materials.

Overall customer service was great and delivery was prompt. The quality of the items we just received seems great but we haven't tested them out yet. The fit seems a bit loose. We should have measured for a snugger fit.
So far we've ordered, received and put on the covers. The quality is better than we expected for sure. Time will tell if they hold up in the summer weather.

The shopping experience was great. But the product has problems; the hanging loops to old the tarp tore off because the second seam the is supposed to pin it down didn't stitch into the strap that hold the metal loop.
Was so simple to order the exact dimension I needed to cover my old outdoor cushions and the price was fantastic in comparison to all other products I looked into. The end result was perfect fitting covers, great colour, water pills right off as expected and very easy to wipe clean. The only recommendation I have is to offer more of a colour selection.

The covers shipped quickly and they fit perfectly! Very easy shopping experience and the material is thick and great quality. They came a bit wrinkled and compressed when shipped but was able to steam them easily.
