I thought the seats advertised that they had both heating and cooling properties. We decided to keep them anyway because they do seem to be of good quality. We have not installed them yet because the vehicle is in the shop. We really wanted heated seats here in Minnesota.

The seat covers fit seats very well. Look great! Only issue was a strap on seat bottom came off. Was a challenge to sew back on because of soft leather

The seat covers are advertised as custom but are what I'd describe as "mostly" custom - probably fit a variety of models but close enough - the fit was fine, but not perfectly snug.

Front seat covers look nice, their instructions were terrible, went to a different site and got better information. Back seats look like an afterthought, not really happy with them. They could've made head rests like the front and done similar on seat covers in back

Fairly smooth. Some minor hitches. Did not "delete" when I deleted some items that needed changing.
Ordering was easy, delivery fast. Regarding the seat covers themselves, my only complaint is that they don't completely cover the space at the top of the seat by the headrest leaving a small gap in coverage where the original seat is exposed, i. E., they could fit tighter around the head rest posts. Other than that, Im satisfied with the quality and appearance.

The website makes it easy to find your vehicle and order the correct covers specific to your car/truck. My covers arrived on time and well packed. It's been unforgiving weather here where I live, so they are still in the box. I'll update when I get them installed.

I have a 2017 maxima and the drivers seat leather had some rips that I had previously covered with seat tape and it was looking terrible so I ordered the overland front driver and passenger seat covers in black and they simple to put on and look fantastic! The padding is nice also. I am very happy with them and they were designed to fit my make and model very well! Definitely worth the price.

I received them in a timely fashion, however they are not the correct fit for my truck or there simply not good, plus you can not feel the seat warmer though this material, so I'm assuming that the cooling wont work neither with these covers I have not tried installing the rear seats yet.
