Before you decide to purchase something on Couture Candy, you had better be absolutely sure the sizing + style are something you're going to keep. The published return policy is changed frequently and according to whatever makes the most profit for the company. One day the policy says you have 5 days to return, the next it says 10. If you are lucky enough to even get a response with a RMA (which is required to make a return), you will find that the return policy has once again changed altogether. In my case, it now includes a 15% restocking fee on ALL items including special occasion dresses purchased at full price which were originally excluded from the restocking fee. The management are liars, extortionists and ridiculously difficult to contact if you need anything at all. I am now out $75 from what should have been refunded. I consider myself to be quite a savvy online shopper but have never experienced such terrible customer service or wasted so much time and money. Bad decision! Buyer beware!

I was skeptical to order from them. The gown cost $800.00 and they had it for $319.00. I spoke to a representative ther, was very helpful with all my questions. I tried this gown on in one of the bridal stores near my house, they wanted $909.00 for it. I took a chance and ordered it. When it arrived I was amazed that its exactly the same dress that I tried on in the store. Thank you Couture Candy for the most beautiful gown. I have told all my friends about this sight and Ill be back to order again. Cant wait to wear it to my daughters wedding in April!

I initially had a problem with exchanging a dress for a larger size as well and was told a restocking fee (in my view, assessed inappropriately) would not be refunded. After posting on this site, a representative did respond and issued me a refund. I was informed that there has been a change in customer service (two managers replaced and a phone system upgrade). The dress itself (once in the correct size) was great, and once ordered, shipping was fast.

After filing a dispute with the credit card company, customer service called to resolve the dispute. The representative was pleasant and gave me a couple of options. I ended up with a store credit as per their policy which was what I expected in the first place. The merchandise is the real deal not a knock-off. It was as described and pictured (although I think it ran smaller than the manufacturer's sizing chart). The order was shipped out in a reasonable period of time. Just make sure that you inspect the garment for the manufacturer's tag when you get it and document with a picture and the RMA slip that the tag was on item if you need to return. Also keep in mind that the return window is really short and you will get a store credit not a refund. I gave an updated rating of 3 stars due to the initial hassle with the return and inability to reach a customer service rep by phone. The merchandise is 5-star and so was the customer service rep in resolving the dispute.

I was leaving to go to Vegas on September 28th so I needed to order bathing suits. I called customer service on September 14th to make sure I would have the order in time. Their exact words were "processing time takes 24-48 business hours. Shipping takes between 2-4 business days so you will definitely have your order in time". On September 22nd I started getting worried and called/emailed them numerous times and I was assured that their processing team would get me the order in time. On Monday, September 25th, 7 business days later, they once again assured me I would receive my package by Wednesday the 27th. Well, it is now October 5th, and not only are they avoiding my phone calls, they are sending me the same exact copied and pasted email saying my order is still processing. When I finally got in touch with them majority of the things I ordered were out of stock and they told me they are unable to cancel my order because it is STILL processing. This is a scam website DO NOT order from them.
