I saw this in an ad, found the web site, placed my order. I did get a confirmation of shipping as quickly as I expected so I contacted customer service via email. The message was replied to promptly and I was informed this bracelet was a custom order so I was able to adjust the bracelet length and I am very pleased with the product.

I am updating my initially negative review because they have agreed to refund 75% of my initial $336.78 USD item order (one dress). Please be cautious of the return policy, if there is a chance you will not like the dress, I would keep looking or ordering knowing there is a possibility you will be charged for a restocking and shipping fees. I am happy they are resolving this issue and working with me now.

Loved the selection and the search filters. A lot of variety. Great customer service. Called us after a week and just checked on us. They asked if we needed anything. I did mention that I wish the dress had come with a formal dress bag. Maybe I missed that option in the order process. Will be getting one this week. Just a wonderful company that we will be coming back to very soon since I have another daughter coming through!

Customer service was great. The size I ordered was not available so I called and spoke to a representative. She said she would contact me when and if they became available again. A few days later I received a call that they were in and customer service assisted me over the phone with my order.
These leggings are great for tennis because they have ball pockets on the sides. Hard to find! Love the patterns as well.
