I've purchased from Couturecandy.com numerous times. Packages always arrive on time. The quality and brands of gowns are first-class. If you're in a tight budget, you'll find exceptional dresses that are on sales and discounts. They have the most courteous customer service associates. As a customer who believes that I'm always right (all the time), giving them a 5-star rating is not enough for all their effort and job well done. Definitely, I'll always shop back for more and will recommend this site to everyone out there!
DON'T buy from this company... BIG SCAMMERS! The clothes does not fit and quality not as pictured. They have the worst return policy in the world! Store credit only with a bunch of penalties. By the time you return the item, you will lose almost half of what you originally paid. Plus, they get to keep ALL of your money (including the item returned) if you don't re-order within 6 months or if you have any unused balance.
The dresses I received were more beautiful in person than the pictures advertised. Excellent customer service via Sandy, who assisted via telephone and texts promptly. My returns were handled immediately with no problems. This company has strict return policies and I would suggest one reads all the details prior to ordering. Everything is stated online. My experience with this company was exceptional because of Sandy's assistance.

These people are professional scam artists and liars. I purchased a dress for my daughter and when it arrived totally different then the picture I asked for a return label. They tried to bully me into getting it fitted and offered to take 10 percent off of the dress. The process took forever as no one EVER picks up the phone ( I called 7 times with no return call) when they do call back, they are like robots, totally unhelpful and just keep repeating themselves.
When they finally sent me the label they charged me a restocking fee and charged for the return! IN the end, the $400 dress I paid for became a $310 credit! Here is the best part, when I went to use the credit, they charged me a 50 percent reactivation fee to reinstate the credit! They only gave me $140 credit! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP AT PROM GIRL! SAME DRESSES, MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT EXCHANGE POLICIES. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
This site has all the famous designer brands when it comes to gowns and occasional dresses. I'm amazed at how detailed the dresses were described. CoutureCandy is very user-friendly and I felt secured purchasing my gown with them.

It was easy to search for the perfect dress! Site has this amazing filters that worked my budget and color I prefer. Customer service was wonderful! They got in touch with me and dress was shipped earlier than expected. Definitely recommend!

I ordered 5 dresses from this site and returned 4 of them promptly when I found that they didn't fit. Two of them were returned with a label that was in their box, however, because I don't write and ask for a return code, the dresses are now "lost in the mail" and after much back and forth with customer service, even after they said they would refund me, still no refund. The other two, which I did get a return code for, was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee but that I would be refunded. However, still no refund. So now I am out more than $2,000 because of their return policy, which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. So if you order from here, make sure to read their return policy well.
