I purchased a mother of the bride dress from Couture Candy. The dress was too big and I shipped it back according to their return policy. I attached pictures of the dress which showed the tags attached to it. They have had the dress for 3 weeks and are now telling me they will not issue a store credit as the dress had been worn, was missing tags and had been altered. I never wore the dress and the tags were in tact. I returned the dress within a week of receiving it. I would never recommend Couture Candy to anyone. They are returning this dress to me. I'm hoping it comes back with the tags and is in the same condition that it was when I returned it to them - which was NEW. My only option is try to sell it. Again, do not buy from this website.

Please beware! Read everything before agreeing to purchase your dress. This company does not accept returns in any fair or industry standard way. They are complete outliers and will do everything they can to keep your money! First, if you want to return an item they ask you to apply for a return of merchandise authorization. You have to include pictures of the dress with the labels on. Then you have to send it back at your expense. That's right, no return label. They only give you store credit and if you say you don't want that they charge you a 25% restocking fee, $10 handling fee and a $90 freight fee (even though you paid to send the dress back). This is completely unfair and not hat any other company does! Please shop elsewhere for your own good! As we all know, online shopping should make your life easier not worse!

I love the dress but the lining is larger than the dress so it folds over on the skirt and top. It is also very thin so you can see through it. I need to return it.

Needed a last minute dress and the price was lower than other sellers…so I paid for expedite shipping and it was still less expensive. Came fast enough to have alterations done (I'm only 5'2" so ever dress gets hemmed.). The dress is gorgeous!
