I used them.
March 28, 2021

I filed against Airbnb with missing corp information just rep and headquarters. Courtlinked handled the correct locating of them. I got my deposit back upon filing. Great tool. 5 star if they had phone support. But email was prompt and professional.

Court link performance
March 5, 2021

I had hired court link to put a motion for small claim court in 2020 after numerous emails, I found out it was filed in a wrong county, their representative mentioned all document was sent to me along with court location, it was my responsibility to ensure it is the right county before returning document back to them to submit it.
They also took time and put effort along with the cost to file it to the right court and county. Since I was not able to have that filing verified, I decided to do it myself. They refunded my initial payment to them.
They were very quick in responding to all my emails right away whether it was to my liking or not. I appreciated their responsiveness.

Demanding, Leading and Aggressive.
February 22, 2021

Using them for my business since 2016; a tool for every business and individual to utilize without at attorney and under $200 -$300 to obtain judgment and recovery for monies owed. Slight delayed and hard to get to customer support by phone which is understandable being an online firm and Covid19 - however, responses are usually prompt and third review left for my third case to recover unpaid balances against an unpaying client. Regardless, if you do not have the time or the knowledge, great tool/course to have since they have guided my along the small claims process; making me take payment before dismissing the case and putting pressure on the defendant.

I Filled a small claims case with courtlink, they were going to fill out all the paper work and serve the defendant. I was told they would serve with one of their processors but they claimed that the address was not correct. I looked up who was registered on file with the state, (medical marijuana company) and found the address and the business address. So i provided them with 2 locations to serve and was told they were unsuccessful. I received a call from the court on Monday notifying me that I had a court date the following day, I had no Idea. I tried to contact Courtlink and the website said due to COVID all communication would be done via email no more phone service which I thought was weird. Any way I want to the court and they told me they had never heard of court link and they think I got scammed. I sent an email to court link asking what happened and they responded that they did their job and I provided them with the wrong address. They offered no proof of dates that service was attempted. I reported to the BBB. These jokers are taking up the courts time by scheduling court dates and not informing the client. Im probably not the only person this has happen to, just by the response I received from customer service you could tell they have seen this before. DO NOT GIVE USE COURTLINK

Mr. Chad Gatzemeyer, filed a lawsuit in Colorado against a shoddy Marijuana Company that owes him wages/monies. He paid $74.95 and provided us their information/address. His case was professional drafted, State Research Completed, approved by him, signed and returned.

His case was filed with the courthouse and trial date was set. The case was then submitted to the THIRD-PARTY PROCESS SERVER (Metro Intelligence) for service and paid in full. The licensed process server informed us and him that the addresses he provided were involved and that entity he was suing could not be located/served.

The claimant is now blaming us for non-service which has no barring’s. Please understand we file lawsuits based on the information you provide us and the information within the state secretary. We do not conduct the serving. Our job is to professional prepare, file and arrange service via sheriff departments, third party process or certified mail.

In regards to his comments about the courthouse; these cases are filed PRO SE; meaning that the paperwork has the claimant’s information on it, not Courtlinked.com and most courthouses/clerks are not familiar about our services because cases are being filed under the claimant’s name.

He is claiming scam, but received a case number, trial date, court stampings and correspondences from the court server of non-service. To assist him, we refiled the case, paid from our pocket for a new hearing as a pending case that we are still waiting for.

The $74.95 he paid does not constitute the work we have done, plus additional fees we paid out-of-our pocket to help him with the additional reset and reserving.

Consumers please understand that blaming our services for non-service of a shoddy/criminal defendant that is evading or a closed business is relevant.

Claimant will receive a FULL refund regardless of the work we have done.

It is not about the money; it is about helping consumers recover monies owed. If it was about the money, we would not be charging $74.95 for our services. We receive dozens of emails daily thanking us for the great services provided and judgments/settlements received.

Full Refund has been applied and we wish you luck with this case and hope that you will remove this irrelevant review based on non-service of your defendant.

We will still be here to provide you assistance regardless of the refund.

This is my 5th successful case filed with court linked against Samsung electronics for a faulty smart refrigerator. Again, courtlinked processed the paperwork in a manner that resulted in a full settlement release with payment from Samsung for the $3k fridge sold. The representative called and settled the case after receiving notice form courtlinked.com/lawsuit. They issued the refund check and I am keeping the fridge.

The smart fridge sold has a defective ice making mechanism that resulted in black mold and ice build up. The court method and measures used by courtlinked to sue the right entity resulted in this refund. After calling and speaking with Samsung and their robotic/scripted costumer support on numerous occasion, I decided to unleash the power of courtlinked.com. Within 2-3 months, I got my money back and keeping the defective fridge for garage use.

I learned that you cannot simply file a small claims against a corp, there are measures needed and correct agents to be notified.

Con: phone support with courltinked might be tough and leaves your uneasy, but email is prompt and after my 4th successful case I was ready to unleash them against samsung.

Bookmarked and highly referred.

Knowing nothing about the small claims process, I utilized their services to assist me on a lemon vehicle case. The paperwork was on point professionally drafted. I know for a fact that if I filed this myself, it would have been dismissed. Will repeat and refer. I had to leave several VM, but calls were always returned along with prompt email replies.

Had to go after a negligent landlord in small claims court in Pima County, Arizona. Courtlinked saved the day. They filed and served quickly, at a building cost under what local companies would have charged. Best of all, everything was done properly and legally to meet Pima County requirements. My small claims action would be later admitted to Justice Court so the maximum dollar involved went from $3500 to $*******. Could not be happier with the quality of service from Courtlinked, the documentation, the follow-up, the plaintiff claim, the demand letter, all were done legally and professionally. When I had questions, they would respond within one hour with emails and or phone calls. Highly recommended for your legal service needs. Excellent service, excellent results. Five stars.

My daughters name change
August 22, 2020

I had an issue with my 12 year old and her birth certificate. After reaching out to several attorney and finally being able to speak to a family law attorney, I received a quote for $1,200 with no guarantee of that the name change will be approved by the judge since the biological parent was never present since birth. I checked out google and call courtlinked.com, Karen explained the process on getting consent and require motions; more information provided from the attorney. I utilized their services, received my completed set, followed their instructions and submitted my daughters petitions with fingers crossed. The courthouse wanted additional materials for consent. Courtlinked answered all my questions, helped me with the consent requirement and we finally received the approved decree. For $80 and court fees under $200, courtlinked does change lives.

There are a lot of parents with questions and issues facing their daily lives when their kids start questioning the past; our past. At a certain age, question require answers and changes are needed. Courtlinked placed a piece to a major missing part our lives.

With the courts being closed, I was referred to courtlinked for options. The rep explained the process, provided me relief of the extended statues and filed my case. To my surprise, the case was filed under 40 days with a trial date for October. I am very great full for their attention and care for my matter. Thank you for your service at a time of questions and dismay

Great All The Way Around
July 15, 2020

Yes, it costs a bit more money then doing it all yourself but believe me what they can save you in time and effort is so worth a bit more especially so if you are not familiar with the procedures and Court process. I cannot say enough how much the Support Staff helped me by answering the few questions I had and they did it fast, way faster then even I expected. I cannot say enough on this end of how much I appreciate all the help, guidance and information. I so recommend to anyone how much having a straight up there and informed pro on your side is a major plus in helping you achieve the success you are seeking.

I filed a small claims case (or began to) and paid the fee. Shortly after, the defendant agreed to refund my money in full. CourtLinked was prompt in their communication and advised me to wait until the refund processed before dropping my case. They gladly put my case on hold while I waited and further refunded the money paid for filing even though I would have been happy to have paid it anyway. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Don't go to court without them n
June 3, 2020

Unfortunately, I've been to small claims court numerous times, because I believe in asserting my rights whenever I've been robbed or wronged.
Most people don't want to bother fighting and never file a case. How ever Coutlinked is a godsend and they make the process easy and seamless.

You save several hours in waiting around with the county clerk in both filing and in dealing with process servers. Those two elements, in itself, is what discourages many people from filing a case.
They make the process painless. In my last case the defendants settled, favorably, as soon as they were served by Courtlinked
I strongly recommend Courtlinked!
