I hired these scammers over a year ago for what i thought was a simple process to sue a company that is located in California but registered in Delaware.
They have claimed i didn't pay for services to which i sent them the receipt of them happily cashing that payment and have requested a full refund 4 months ago but have yet to receive that refund today and will now have to resort to filing a lawsuit. They have claimed to have mailed the refund to my address even after providing it to them on several different occasions but i have not received anything. I have now gotten my attorney to send them an email and have provided my address again but yet to get a response from them. I will file a class action lawsuit against them if i dont receive that refund in the next two weeks and put a lien on their business which will force them to pay what is owed.
DO NOT HIRE THESE LOSERS AND SPREAD THE WORD. DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE 5 STARS BECAUSE THOSE ARE BOUGHT AND BUSINESSES DO BUY RATINGS!

Mr. Johnson retaliation and attacks against us is merely towards the fact that his defendant his been pursuing was not served in Delaware when a California address was listed (approved and signed by him) His calling us scammers, but yet his case was properly completed, prepared and filed. He recieved his trial date and his active registered agent in CA that was served. It was later during the process he requested service in Delaware since his defendant failed to appear in court. Since we do not operate this and out of mere courtesy, Mr. Johnson has also received his refund of our services. He is requesting a refund of the court fee which has nothing to do with us on an active/open case. We have evey document, signature and email correspondences to counter his claims and recovery legally. This negligent publication to a third party along with claims on Sitejabber review process has also been recorded.
We receive positive reviews daily from our clients and do not ask for publication. As mentioned abvove, If we are what Mr. Johnson is wrongfully claiming, this forum will be published with 1 star reviews.
Small claims filed on a moving company that held by property hostage on the day of delivery until I paid them over what was original agreed. I had their license number, p. O. box and a fictitious business name. Courtlinked actually pulled their license using DOT and filed my case and served the agent of the corp. Trial date in March - job well done.
Do not use this service. I am incredibly incensed over their incompetence, which cost me a court case yesterday. While they filed my Small Claims paperwork properly, they failed to process serve the Defendant. This was their reasoning, "Covid delays and backlogs may have resulted in the failure of sheriff service." CourtLinked did NOT notify me of this via mail or email, so I never had the chance to hire another process server. So imagine my shock over the judge dismissing my court case that cost me $5K because of the lack of proper process serving. I had been prepping for this case for months. CourtLinked gave me an $85 refund and offered to re-serve the case for me, but why would I trust them the next time around? I'm attaching their last response to me in ALL CAPS, which was so unprofessional, I couldn't believe it. I rarely write negative reviews unless heavily warranted, which this case most definitely was. Any justification CourtLinked may post in their defense will just further incriminate them.

We researched, prepared and filed your case; to be submitted to a third party for service which was never performed - we do not commence the serving. The defendant in your case received notice of the filed case, requested a reset and later filed a counterclaim. You did not bring this to our attention so we can check the court docket to ensure everything was correctly filed. If we had knowledge of non-service by the third party, this would have been served promptly. We issued a full refund and also offered to assist you by utilizing and covering another licensed third party for serving. We value you as a client and also offered to assist you with the new filing at no charge. We need to be aware of all filing done on the case (resets, dismissals, counterclaims, etc).
I used Rocketlawyer.com and tried Legalzoom.com, definitely not the quality y of attention and prompt responses like Courtlinked.com. I did review the BBB reviews, emailed courtlinked with the questions at hand; they are correct of BBB membership and hagiarchy of membership fees as BBB did not resolve my cases against my defendant. I decided to hire courtlinked and the notion that I can file a chargeback if the service was not delivered, boy was I wrong. Regardless of the review (judge a book and not the cover), they delivered. I filed my case, paid the fees and took the recommendations of sheriff service. My case (not an attorney) was filed, served by a licensed/bonded server and now I have a judgment. I took the liberty to right this review for legal services under $100 and actual help/care.

I paid almost $200 to file a legal adult name change. Their website is very misleading!
All I received in the mail was the paper work to file for a name change with my local court house... something I could have very easily gone to the court house and printed myself, or even found online at home and printed myself! Not to mention the fee with my court house of another $285 to file the paperwork.
They do not actually file or do anything! They simply print and send you the paperwork to your matter at hand, and charge you a ridiculous amount for it. Wasted my time and money! Will never recommend this site.
UPDATE: PER THEIR RESPONSE:
I paid 99.95 for the "service" of sending me papers, plus shipping equalling just under $200. Why should I have to inquire further details from you, when after reading your website, your terms and conditions, and your about section, which all mislead me to believe you processed the paper work. Not just sent it to me to do it myself.
Then when I sent a complaining email, I received an email back holding my refund above my head to delete this review!

Second, our website is not misleading at all. Name change filings are within the responsibility of the claimant and part of the process to prevent fraud, identity theft and within the civil process. As any legal filings, courts fees are part of the process unless a fee waiver is requested by the claimant. You are not paying us for just the forms. You are paying for the support and guidance we offer throughout the process. Compared to other firms, our prices are very affordable which does not justify the work commenced.

Could not receive any assistance for filing a case in Cook County. Courtlinked staff took my care with great urgency. Filed my materials and I have a trial call against my defendant that has been a long time coming. The courts really offer no help and several attorney would not touch the case due to a low $$$ amount.
2nd case filed with courtlinked.com in AZ. Each case was drafting professional, filed and served. I always have courtlinked retain a sheriff or a third party process server as I also had issue with service via certified mail; per reviews left below. Tip: Don't utilize certified mail when chasing an individual that owes you money
Courtlink web site says serving included with the service. It is not true. If you pay and hope your case served you will loose the case. Just mail your papers to the court and serve by court clerk for $30.00
They also do not refund your money back. Total scam. Be very careful don't waste your money and loose your case. We are going to sue courtlink for reimbursement. They did the same to my friend. Actually class action law suit they deserve.

On 2020-08-26, Mr. Dinkcan paid us $74.95 to conduct the filing of his case with San Diego County, plus a $30.00 payment to the courthouse.
The case was professional prepared, file and sent out for service via method he retained (certified mail - conducted by the courts).
During this process, we provided him with sheriff and or private process server on two occasions which he DID NOT retain.
The case was filed (Case Number: 37-2020-00038811-SC-SC-CTL) and the method of service was certified mail serving.
On his trial date, Mr. Dinckan received notice that the defendant was not served via certified; either Mr. Dinckan did not appear in court and or sent in
A correspondence for a reset but the case was simply dismissed without prejudice - meaning he can re-file. If a case is not served, it is not dismissed
Unless the party missed his/her hearing - the courthouse/judge simply issues another date and requires service.
An email was received from Mr. Dinckan that a new case was needed. Without asking for additional fees, we prepared the materials and emailed him the petitions along with
Simple instructions to print, attach court fees and submit to the courthouse.
During the submission of his case, our service fee was $74.95 (with certified mail serving paid and done by the courthouse).
As stated, he received numerous notices giving him an option to hire a third party as Covid19 may impact the delivery of a USPS certified mail receipt; this was not retained.
We are being blamed for the non-service of this case on the method retained by him.
