Coupon Cabin really works, and works great! Its my first stop before shopping! Also, for what its worth they actually have a very prompt response customer service team. The service all around is amazing!
I love Coupon Cabin and the businesses that work with them. It is worth my time to go to the CouponCabin website prior to shopping to get the most for my hard earned money! I am much more likely to purchase something with cash back! I make my shopping lists after seeing the possibilities for cash back! I have found new favorites from trying a business strictly because of a special cash back offer!

I won't buy online again w/o coupon cabin, nobody should. The cash back is ACTUAL $$, not just points towards gift cards (unless that's what you want because it is an option).
In all correspondence I've ever had with couponcabin, I've been unfortunate enough to deal with Sydney K. He/she is rude, aggressive, obnoxious & a downright disgrace to this company. Sydney cancels coupons without any actual reason & in my opinion, acts like a 3 year old throwing a tantrum over a toy. When you demand to speak to a manager - Sydney flat out lets any correspondence get past him/her. The complaints against this particular rep are well deserved. Sydney needs to be fired immediately because people are losing faith in Couponcabin due to the behavior of this particular rep #FireSydney!
Very kind customer service got 5$ for getting cash back through app. Always get checks in the mail after payable balance reaches $35. Has multiple brands with coupons plus cash back. Satisfied with this service!

I was apprehensive about using Coupon Cabin thinking it was a gimmick. But what did I have to lose?. I ordered a Christmas gift, paid for it and after Christmas received an email that I had a reward. Again being skeptic though "oh yeah sure" low and behold it was true.
I will use this site again and will certainly enjoy my cash back!
I do a ton of online shopping so I always try to use Coupon Cabin for discounts too but the cash back is amazing. It is so easy to just set up the account and attach it to a paypal. You literally do nothing but use the link and get cash back at whichever pay out level you choose. Wish I had used the site long before I did. I love it.
Jan 16.2020, update to my original review: Couponcabin responded to my review, CONFIRMING that it is in their terms & conditions to withhold your cashback (never send you payment) whenever they feel like it. Couponcabin will tell you that it is a "security issue" and in order to be considered for receiving payment, you need to provide your social security number (see sitejabber review from customer who reported this demand from couponcabin), your driver license, and private data. The reason data is "private" is because it can be sold and your identity stolen.
Some kind sitejabber user suggested I report couponcabin to the FTC. As couponcabin stated, it is in their terms & conditions to make these demands for your personal data. I don't think the FTC can do anything for me, or for you when you couponcabin keeps your cashback.
I am not going to hand over my personal data to receive my $153 of cashback. It really infuriates me that couponcabin pocketed the commissions from Neiman Marcus, Saks, and others off of my purchases.
I cannot go back in time and undo my decision to give them my business. I can only hope that my experience will prevent you from losing your earned cashback with couponcabin.
Believe CouponCabin at their own words: it is in their Terms & Condition to withhold your cashback, never pay you, unless you hand over your social security number, picture of your drivers license, picture of state issue ID.
I suggest you use rakuten (ebates.com) I have never had any issues with them. I've attached my history of cashback from ebates as proof. Yes, I got snookered by couponcabin's toooooo good to be true deals. I hope this review saves you the aggravation - stay away from couponcabin.
