Customer beware I ordered one of thier products paid 200 dollars for a piece of junk that did not work, went through Hell trying to return it after talking to 17 different people one sent a return label with a with someone else's info on it but I sent it back any way thinking I called anyone in thier write mind would get this nope I was wrong. So it went back to costway. I WROTE A REVIEW ON THIER SITE THEY CONTACTED ME A FEW HOURS LATER ALL CONCERNED SAYING SEND ME YOUR TRACKING NUMBER OR ORDER NUMBER WITCH BY THE WAY WAS NOT RIGHT AND ASK WIVH ONE OF THIER FAKE COMPANIES DID I ORDER FROM SO I SENT THE INFO TO THEM TWO WEEKS AGO NEVER HEARD BACK THESE COMPANY'S AND THIER PRODUTS ARE A JOKE THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS I WILL SPEND THE REST OF MY LIFE TRYING TO LET EVERY NO HOW I WAS ROBBED BY THEM AND LIED TO YOU ARE BETTER OFF BYING A FAN FOR 20 DOLLARS AND PUTTING A BAG OF ICE IN BACK OF IT AND IT WOULD BE A BETTER AIR CONDITIONER THAT WHAT THEY SELL

It was good. I am in my 70s and easily assembled the umbrella in less than an hour. It covers most of my deck!

I placed 2 orders leaving the tracking system in total turmoil. I had to contact the company every day to obtain shipping status. Never receiving a correct answer.

It took me about 2 hours to put together by myself. It was a bit difficult to align the pieces to meet

You get what they ship. After breaking through the Walmart barrier i was told " no returns here". Call Costway. They wanted pictures emailed... so sent them.
Now no response. They ignore and hide. Probabble for 30 days when return time runs out.
Dont buy there products. And look out for walmart it all chinese made. Same deal there.

All boxes are unopened and within few hours of first part of delivery which was "LATEW" I requested for return and refund and instead they asked me to wait until all parts are delivered and now expecting me to drop their heavy duty 4 boxes which wont even fit in my car truck to drop at their facility. Seller is supposed to arrange these heavy duty items pickup as delivery was late form their end and top of that extremely non cooperative customer service. I will never shop from here again and based on feedback I received on poor quality products I will encourage to stay away as life will get difficult for getting a refund.

First delayed delivery, major inconvenience to the buyers, lack of clarity and communication, no return labels, no apologies, worst customer service experience and POOR QUALITY products!
