I received this unit that is supposed to be a room air conditioner on wheels with a cold water fill and two frozen ice inserts. I'm not happy with this at all. For the money I spent on it, it doesn't work at cooling my back room at all.
The umbrella and extra wheeled base are well made and of high quality. However, I had a problem connecting the umbrella to the wheeled base that I purchased separately because there were no instructions with the products or online.
The ordering was easy, the item description was spot on, and delivery was fast.
