Like the chair, but they didn't send all of the right parts so it doesn't function the way it should. Super annoying considering I paid so much for it. Had trouble getting a hold of anyone to send the right part to fix. So only 2 stars.

I ordered an item and it arrived within a reasonable amount of time. It wasn't quite what I wanted but that was my fault because I assumed it would be the same as the one I had seen in a shop, it wasn't, it's bigger. It also came in pieces which was totally unexpected, but with a little help not insurmountable. The wrapping was excessive and required a lot of effort to remove, so perhaps a little less enthusiasm from your packers would make it easier for people with arthritis to remove.

Product came sooner than I expected. I purchased a 1.5 hp meat grinder. I used it several times and it has lots of power. I grind a hole chicken bones and all for pet food. The meat slides through without and problem. Very fast.
